Guard commander:Sir, we're in a beautiful valley. We have blasters keeping all the creeper generators under control. SAMs are defending us from all sides. We have literally no need to move on. we have all but one of the relays activated just in case, and with time, we could probably find a way to get rid of the menace of the creeper. King: Excellent. activate the last relay. Commander: your majesty, with all due respect.... King: Shut up. open the relay. Commander: But this kingdom will die without the city to provide power! All of this hard work will be lost! King: So? Hurry up and open it, I'm losing time score! Commander: *sigh* fine....

It took me a long time but I finally punched through the wall of creeper on level 5. I had it surrounded with about 20 blasters and 10+ launchers. It was producing 1000k creeper at 0.16 speed but I managed to completely disable it with my firepower. Great game even though I don't think I'm playing it the right way 5/5!

They should add an easy badge: "complete the credits", I can't recall a game with more entertaining credits than this one

The Creeper is 'designed' to destroy technology and things with low entropy. so try using rocks to block the creeper huhsuhash

I was upset at first by the new look and style of gameplay, but was quickly won over. Great job on adapting and expanding the series. 5/5

To beat level 5: Build huge amounts of rockets at both ends of the bottom chamber, then submerge the whole thing in creep. Wait a couple minutes. When you start seeing only two "drops" coming from either side, advance. It's pretty much over the moment your guns start firing on the spawner itself. Upvote this so people stop asking.

@ people who complain that this is a demo. Yes. It's a demo. But it shows off all the mechanics of the full game, they are different levels to the full game, you can play these demo levels as many times as you like, and it doesn't shove it in your face that it is a demo with a million BUY THE FULL VERSION NOW buttons. He keeps bringing out new FREE level packs for both games on Kongregate (well, after the last CW1 level pack on here we won't need more). I'm glad to finally see some more CW2 levels :D

I must say, I really liked creeper world when it first came out, last one creeper world - evermore somehow didn't amaze me, I stopped playing after like 4 missions. But this one got me, really great job 5/5

I would like an ore converter that lets you convert energy to ore, so we can all enjoy flooding the entire map with our own creep.

Well, so much for that day. Has anyone else noticed that tCreeper games have the ability to allow the player to travel in time? I started playing in the morning, then, poof, it is night time. Be careful, the military might steal this technology.

This is bat**** insanely awesome. Every level feels like months have been put into design. The engine still has the CW feel to it, even though it looks completely different at first sight (and has a lot more depth!) I just finished through level 8, abstract, in one sitting. If any game on kong deserves a 5/5, it's this one- rated and favorited.

Can anyone give me a hint? I'm stuck at level 5 (Engineering). I can't figure out how to kill/destroy those blue lines in the bottom and how to reach that Emitter

The all directions on the reactors/tech domes are only for some levels (typically the 0G levels, though the map editor doesnt explicitly require that) - most levels they only work in the 'normal' direction. There's an indicator showing which build directions you can use at the bottom of the screen.
Also the developer has said that creeper world 3 will be top down again on his blog.

@wendybird: Mission 9 is arguably the hardest in the game, as you have about two minutes to prepare for phantoms and drones with creeper. Dig into the clean asteroid near you for a starting network of reactors and tech domes. By 1 minute in, you should start preparing for the phantoms by building 5+ phantom coils, and prepare for creeper drones with at least 6 blasters. Place the blasters to guard openings that the drones could use to get to your reactors/domes. Once you can defend yourself properly, start pushing towards the top of the level until you can reach Aliana's capsule. Get the capsule to complete the mission; you do not need to destroy all of the creeper.

here is a tip for lvl 8 dont sell the deffnces by the liberation ship because down the road a drone with over 200 hp is goina come to ur ship so ur gonna need the the deffnce but to beat that huge pocket of creeper build blasters infront of it a micro rift 2 rows behinde them and have launchers behinde the blasters and have 2 -4 creeper makers nearby producing or charging at 4x

The best use for Anti-creeper, given it's a limited resource, would be to make a single "Big Play", ie, keeping it in the maker, and then using them as a series of bombs to blow a hole in the creeper, to push to the emitter.

Isn't there anything that can break through rocks? If you goof up on mission 5 & let the one area get taken over, there's no point wasting any more time on it, because there's no way to get back inside the right most chamber.

Bit gutted I only just noticed the speed+ button, achieved more in the last 10 minutes than the previous 50, Doh.
I love the changes to this game format, I'm seriously hoping for more of the same because it's SO GOOD.

@jamsterrat: you will probably need to get some decent energy(+15 or more), then you could build about 8 launchers, with a couple of blasters.
@zuzzan: to kill the drone you will need about 8 blasters (consider having more to hold back the creeper while others work on the drone), and get at least 2 upgrades on the last two techs.
Also, you shouldn't "meet" the creeper until you get everything set up, if you haven't got most things set up before the creeper on the left goes past the conversion bombs, then you might be behind in schedule.

For a tutorial based game, there are a lot of things that aren't explained. For instance, I can deactivate, disarm, or disconnect a blaster. What is the difference? Titanshadow12's explanation of the Makers helps. I still don't understand what the repulsor does, when I set it above the pit at the bottom of Level 5 (I think. The screen doesn't say.) the creeper boiled up and destroyed my repulsor. Why are there little blips of creeper flying through the open air and not filling up all that empty space?
I really like these games, but there's too little info.

I am very late to the CW party, but now that I am here I am having a great time! What an awesome set of games. Just can't say enough about the innovative game play. 5/5 on all versions.

Okay, my tip for level 5, hollow out the areas to the left and right of the weird left/right creeper thing, build a ton of guns and missile launchers, but disarm them all. Select them all and arm them, then move them into the field, that should be enough to smash that stupid thing to bits.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Level 5 is fairly easy, once you get down to the bottom part of the level you just have to spam launchers with a blaster or two.

@ariel1313- He is in fact working on Creeper World 3 right now. He expects it to come out some time year at the latest, though he hopes for 1st half of the year.

Why has humanity lost every other planet and civilization but managed to keep this one place alive. I mean, come on. We would totally survive more than that.
