how to beat lvl 6: (and every level) build lots of reactors, get a handful of laser turrets and a handful of missle turrets, and slowly push the creeper back one area at a time.

The reason more people have the hard badge than the medium is that they added the medium one weeks after the original hard badge for the Best of 2011 Quest.

I have played the Creeper games and have enjoyed all of them and this one is no exception. The only qualm I had was that I wish the map could have been toggled to ASWD opposed to arrow keys; it tends to be more intuitive in a game that facilitates mouse use. But that is just nitpicking. Enjoyable as always! :)

(2/4) 10: Taking care of the first part is easy. Leave the bunkers alone while you build a few blasters to keep the drones occupied, then move them into position. Once there, nullify the gates. The next thing you need to do is restore power to the beacons, so just dig up, connecting them. Now you're presented with a choice: left or right? Left seems easier, but you have to go right. After all, the odd formation won't try to expand, but the drones will. Now, to fight, you must have plenty of blasters, to take care of the drones. Until you can make and maintain about 22 blasters and 2 launchers, use shields to stop the drones while excavating and building tech domes (for the 3 weapon upgrades, the cost lowering, reactor and dome efficiency, and energy storage) and energy reactors.

(1/4) Some help for the last two levels: 9: Don't over-extend yourself too early. Since the gateway will create 6 phantoms each time, make sure you have a few coils close together, and near your ship. Inside the protection of your ship, start building blasters, as the drones take longer to reach you. Once you've gotten enough blasters to take care of the drones and their creeper, make a sort of "attack line" of alternating coils and blasters. From there, just expand outward, and pretend that your attack line is like a bubble around your ship (don't only expand up, or the drones will find a way around).

Spent time enough to beat the lot of it. Very well done. Simplified over the original style, but still takes some actual thought. My only lament is that there isn't more of it. Not a whole lot of replay value. But brilliantly put together. Bravo.

The first few missions can be done in 10 minutes. The last few take about half an hour. Level 5 only seems impossible due to you need to use more firepower then Thor to get past that level, which most are not used to.

Superb game, like the others in the series. Bit of a different spin but I still liked it. Lately, I've been getting bored with the games on Kong but this reminds me why I still check in a couple of times a week for new games.

Tip for every level: slowly build up all your reactors and tech buildings while keeping plenty of weapons for defense buildings. When you've maxed out all your tech, build some more weapons and push forward until you win.
This is purely an endurance badge.

Oh, now I see. You just have to go batshit insane and put A BILLION weapons down there, simply wear it down the hard way.

Best game of the series. A thing that would be a good addition though is hotkeys, so that you can have different groups of units. This bugged me on the last level, since I had to move each blaster one at a time.

*looking through new games* Holy Jesus! A new creeper game! instant 5/5! (play it) ....... 20/10! 10/5! This game is an impossible amount of awsome

Great game, but I found level 5 impossible :/ By the time I got down to the creeper at the bottom, it was at 9000k density and I couldn't put a single hole in it, even with about 20 full-bursts from fully charged Makers >.>------------------------------- Anyone help?

Having played "Creeper World 2: Redemption" already, I was expecting to see levels I had already finished. I was very pleased to discover that this was not the case. (Just to be clear: this is not a demo. It's a complete companion game. If you enjoy it, CW2:R is well worth the $10.)

For level 5, all you need is to bombard the bottom emitter with heavy firepower (i.e lots of launchers). That emitter is unusually strong (1000k strength, 0.16s interval), so makers and blasters aren't so effective against it. Don't use repulsors on the bottom creeper, as it will somehow scatter the concentrated lines of creepers.

A Few tips:
Double click on a weapon to select all in close proximity. This allows you to move more at once, and change their priority. So if you select five Blasters, you only need to change the command on one to change all of them (Disable, Drone first...).
-
- Tech Domes cost energy upkeep, destroy them after needed upgrades.
-
- Ship has an "Beacon" output of it's own so use that until you feel safe to place an actual beacon (In case you need to move the ship).
-
- Focus on Weapons Range/Fire Rate, Package Speed (Max), & Energy Storage (1-2 upgrades) first. At the beginning one upgrade to Weapons Range/Fire Rate & Energy Storage should be efficient enough to hold back the Creeper while getting well prepared for the fight before maxing them out.
-
- Shields though they do take up space they will save you a lot a time to produce an army to back off the creepers. If you backed the creeper off where you know you won't need the shields, destroy them for the needed space.

Now there needs to be a multiplayer of this game where both players use makers to try and demolish their opponent's ship while defending with blasters and missles.

Spelunking: 8:22, Engineering: 17:26. That was a hard level and took 45 min. in real time (I have got a slow computer)

for lvl 5 i recommend using the repulsors to keep the good and bad creepers where you want them and use a few blasters to keep the drones away from the rest of your group and then use a good amount of blasters and makers to keep away the bad creeper then on top of it all use the sheilds to keep all of your good creeper combined with the repulsors to keep good creeper in one basic area
