so...nov 26 2022 mission is impossible....the creeper comes far too heavy far too fast, you can quick build to a upgrade node which gives you the energy to support 2 turrets...and then you are screwed...trying to build anything else drains your energy far too quickly for you to even attempt it and the creeper just moves too quickly....who is in charge of generating maps...you need to actually PLAY them before releasing them...

Since i've been playing this for years everyday. I'm gonna give a little summary how to make it more awesome: for starters, don't play for the score. NEVER MOVE YOUR BASE, this easily decides wether a level's hard or easy. When upgrades are within your space, there are just 2 upgrades really nice. This lineup: firerange/10%energy (depends on what's more needed at that moment) -> 15% firerate -> 10% less buildcost -> 30% movespeed, and finally, the 20% buildspeed. You don't need this since you can build speed packs. I usually build storage units until i hit 200/200. That's great when you make the final blow, you always have enough. Drones should only be there when you really need it, and never more than one. Since it's way to easy. The final hint: it has been said already. When you get your warp: pause your game, put the red circle off, put survival on and destroy your speed packs, it's an awesome way to end your game.

I have tried every single variation of Bluesummer's method. Every single place to put the turret and city based on what he said and nothing works.

I am getting deficit while having over 990 in storage, and much more collection than depletion (43.7 vs 13-25) hilarious

Yes, today's level is darn near impossible. Build on the left with protected node to center and then use the 10% cheaper option. There is not enough time to grab both plusses. But even then, you have barely enough time to start building mortars on the center island before the air raid comes and either a) takes out the middle island, or b) takes out your turrets defending the nod in the lowlands. You can't build just on the middle island - even with reactors there is not enough time to get power, stave off the wave on the left AND build enough anti-air to beat the air raid. With the first air raid half your island is gone. Game over. Can't build a mortar fast enough in the bottom left to stop that generator.
