Is anybody getting a weird glitch where the game won't save progress? I'm getting that on other sites, too, for this game.

If you can't find where to go after beating the STOP sign, it is the top-right DOORWAY in the school. Unfortunately it is so GLITCHED that you can't simply walk into it! To get past the "invisible wall" that blocks the doorway, you have to "glitch" deep inside it with sprinting speed to reach the transition trigger. One reliable way is to start from the front side of the vending machines: Walk upwards to the machines until you are blocked and unable to advance further, walk straight right to the doorway, wait till your "sprint" (Z) meter is charged, hold the Z Key and then the Up Key to sprint into the doorway. You should be able to go in deep enough to reach the area-transition trigger and be the prompted to press "C".

I tried on Chrome and Firefox, after defeating the Stop sign there-s nowhere to go or do anything which is a shame since I would like to play this game further and give it a good rating.

Its was a fun game but now im permanently stuck right after the stop sign. Ive put the game in low quality but it doesnt let me access anything in the hallway other than the two vending machines. Anyone else stuck here?

I was stuck for ages after the STOP sign. Even once I found from various comments that I needed to access the second floor of the school, it simply wasn't an option. Eventually, following off another comment, I tried fiddling with the quality (right click), and that finally gave me access. I look forward to seeing the rest of the game, it seems like this is a common glitch.

good game, but i got stuck in the wall a couple of times because the game froze then teleported me into places i shouldnt have been able to get, like inside of a tree. fix that up and this will make a great game

Once upon a time, I was floating around the internet, when I came across a strange quote. "To anyone who can know the bitter sweet taste of the word 'November,' may we forever bask in the softest shade of the color Tuesday." The sentence confused me, so naturally, I investigated. Finding this wonder of a game, I played for what seemed liked an endless amount of time. It was flawless. The graphics were pleasing, the music beautiful and the storyline just connected with me so well. After a while. the game started slowing down, so I closed the laptop and went to bed. Now, if I hadn't done that, I wouldn't have taken off my headphones, wouldn't have heard my friend fall and cry out, and I wouldn't have been able to help them. This game... While it sounds crazy, I feel like it helped me save a life.

I could help optimize your coding for a faster loading time if you want. Aside from that great game good graphics and a well made plot.

@rhibread, if you honestly think this is grindy, then you must not have played many RPG's in your day. Seriously, it took me a little under an hour to beat the desert boss from the start of the game. And if the battles take awhile? You need to develop better strategies. I'm currently winning fights in one turn because I am attacking their weaknesses, it really isn't that hard if you think about it. I rated the game 5/5, the dialog is hilarious, and overall game mechanics work. Only thing I will say is that the game is slightly buggy when walking around, as in; if the game lags when you are walking against a wall, you'll teleport inside the wall a decent distance. No getting out of that, which forces you to load your save from who knows how far back. Other than that, keep it up! We need more games like this.

Alright. So, I really love the game setup so far, I love the dialogue and the overall story, but it's just that there's one problem - the battles and levels. It takes way too long to get to an appropriate level for the end area boss. I had no trouble with the stop sign, but I had to go and level grind to defeat the first boss, and now I'm at the desert, soI'm grinding to a higher level there just so I can beat the second boss. It takes way too long to level grind. One more thing that could be improved is the enemies. I love the designs, but it's just that they feel too overpowered so it takes FOREVER to get through one battle. What I really like about the game is the sound effect before entering a battle, and how it reminds me a little of Earthbound. We really need more games like this (but of courseā¦ maybe not as long level grinding.).

Bug /glitch ? When I went into the upper left hole on the doll house 'dream' map (where the path looks like a skull) I wound up outside of the path in the clouds, unable to continue walking...

I figured out how to go up the stairs in the school! I walked right up to it, right clicked on the screen, told the computer to zoom in, then pushed C right after that. That was rather specific.

I can't find what to do after the stop sign. Reading elsewhere, I'm supposed to go to Kyle's house a screen over to hear a crash. No crash occurs. I can't enter the top floor of the school either, since the C prompt doesn't show (even when I toggle the quality of the game). Returning to the stop sign yields no newspaper. And there's a character with read hair that sometimes appears as I exit the school who then immediately disappears before I can get to him!

Wow, this is a tough review. I like most of this game. The graphics are good and have a fun style. The music is catchy, though I wish there was a mute so I can play with my music or podcast playing. I like the active role in combat. And the story, a big deal for me, is VERY interesting. But the big problem is a huge part of the game; Combat becomes boring. It's just rinse and repeat over and over. Little challenge, but it's tedious. Less enemies may help.

Loved it, found it when it came out, and lost it, then tried it again and had the data corrupted in my computer and finally beat it the third attempt. It may be a simple flash, but I really enjoyed the effort you put into it. The music and the characters and especially the speech heard right before the last boss fight. 5/5 and thank you so much!

It really confused me at first but I got it, Kill the alpha vestite host first! the vestite is healing itself, not the host! Then it will stop healing itself and be vulnerable!
