... WHY I WANT TO KILL A STOP SING I MEAN COULD SOMEONE REALLY TELL ME HOW TO KILL THAT THING like even level wise or a strat

For me the doo-loo-loo thing before battle... I don't know. Super annoying. I wouldn't mind though if this game came with a mute button. I like gaming while listening to lectures and stuff on youtube. I'm nerd like that. 2/5 - would love to explore the game without having to listen to it.

burn out for me...? the game did not save so i right clicked and chose forward as the option, it brought me to a void black area with a circle at my right.

Grr. I put paragraph breaks in that last post because my own visual impairment makes it impossible for me to read walls of text, but Kongregate stripped them out. Get with the program, Kongregate.

8-bit-sounding music is painful to my hyper-keen ears, but I can't find an option to kill it.
But that's a minor issue compared to the following, since they limit your playerbase by making the game inaccessible to those of us with certain disabilities:
Subs are incredibly difficult to read due to the outlining. People with visual impairments likely can't read them at all.
Menus need to wrap to minimize the number of key presses needed. More generally, allowing players to use whatever combination of keyboard and mouse they find most comfortable is critical if you want to make whatever piece of software you're making to be as accessible as possible. Guild Wars is a good example. I can play the game using only the keyboard or only the mouse, and therefore can use whichever method makes a particular task easier.
A surprise reaction-based element in otherwise turn-based combat is misleading, and physically and emotionally painful for those of us who can't do such things anymore.

So after trudging my way through bushes and tapping through pages of dialogue, the entire world is filled with enemies that are plowing my rear from one end of town to the other. Not sure how to progress here.

really awesome game, the creator did a good job implementing dreams and nightmares into the game and the music is pretty awesome aswell

This is a game with massive potential. The plot is great, so is the dialogue. The combat system is pretty standard, but decent. The run control on main map is a nice touch. Minor tweaks would take this game to the next level. Mute button for music/sound effects. I never listen to game music, so instead I have silence, rather hear some Born of Osiris. Controls could use some refinement, in battle all the way right could cycle to far left and vice versa. A lot of tapping to get each character to do different things. Or maybe a grid for controls rather than a linear system. There are an awful lot of chance encounters, having a mode to speed up battle animations (perhaps after you've seen them once?) would be good. Overall, fantastic RPG, just needs some finishing touches.

Is this game broken? I've looked up what to do after the stop sign, and it says the first room in the school is supposed to have a passageway straight up, but it doesn't let me press C at that hallway.

I love the game but hate how when u come in a new room/area u got to explore to get to the next one to do it all over again

if only parents are that manipulated then I suggest we go to the forest and find Anna and be part of the Earthbound series as well and kill some officers and teachers. WOOHOO!!!!

Just summarizing some of the other comments here: 1) Enemies are too fast/need a way to avoid them 2) New characters should come leveled with the party 3) The moving attack bar is found annoying by some ppl - maybe an option to disable it and replace it with a standardized damage model? 4) Too much leveling involved/enemies have too much health 5) Need a way to see enemy health. Overall, I think the game is well done; a few tweaks in the battle system would eliminate a lot of the annoyance for people without taking away from the game, I think.

Probably one of the best RPG I've played. It actually requires some strategies instead of just attacking over and over again.

the end is so vague :/ I wish there was a sequel to this... WITH a mute button (regardless of the high music quality) xD

So.. This is a non-fantasy game... with evil demons, magic, demonic plants etc etc... Just because it takes place in modern day, doesn't make it non-fantasy. It's just a different kind of fantasy. But linguistics aside, this is fun so far :) Interested to see where this is going though..
