If you're stuck in "the organ" room, you need to go to the top end and pick up something that looks like a button or a top hat, then go back and break the bridge and fall down bounce around until you push/pickup the second button/hat and the orifice will open and you fall into the last room.

Spoiler alert: After getting "pooped" out by the worm have bird pick up fruit which will act like magnet on the fruit on vine. Eat a seed that allows you to "fly". That's how you get back over "dad" to go home. In the basement there's a switch toward the top left. When you hit it, a light from the floor opens up. The most frustrating part is jumping around in the guts. Apparently, there is a switch in the room right before that where it looks like a worm on the ground (beginning guts I guess). Jump around there a lot. Go into the real gut room and jump around a lot. I think the second switch is someone around the testicle looking sets of balls in the middle, but can't be sure. You know you've hit both switches when the butt looking think in the middle bottom, with a black "crack" has the crack open up. You go down there. Good story line I guess. Only 1 problem. When you are jumping around the area with his guts and stuff, you literally just jump around for the sake of jumping around with a prayer you hit a switch or something to advance to the level...i mean maybe its super obvious and im retarded, but im seriously stuck there....

artistry decent but too much like a resident evil game-go here to get this, so you can go back to get that, then go back again to get this other thing, then go back again. just a long goose chase.

Found this on YouTube: (next) with a little "ship") When Pete rings the dore bell, Pete dies... This is just incredible... In Skinny (another great game, by the same creator), we can see Pete's tomb (it's a secret), so we know he's dead... Maybe it's an easter egg, but it is possible with my argumentation... Really more emotional than Limbo ! Less long, but really more intense ! When I saw the "ship" and I rang the bell, I was just crying... This is a master piece.

In Skinny, you kill Mama, which was referenced in this game. The kid in this game must have been one of the first to go into a coma (Skinny) and die, because he is dead in Skinny, before the others. + So others can see!

Interesting game indeed! Really liked the music and art style. Games like this, are a breath of fresh air from all the shooters and action coordinated games out there.

I liked this game, with it's wonderful feel and clever art style. I first played this on [as] and looked for it on Kong, but the constant "follow me" ads and bad platforming really takes away from the authenticity of the game.

If big lady is the nurse why did she not want Pete to find his sister? If the ending is waking up from coma, why would she want Pete to play with Goboyssa in the dream, stay in coma forever? Face it, Pete died. Yes he is a little boy, yes the boat is the hospital bed, but he's leaving dead, not well. He unites with his sister who died before him - you can see a boatman's shadow reflecting off the water just before the ending, like Charon that lets you cross the river to afterlife. The fisherman is his abusive father who killed the sister and placed Pete in coma. The big lady is his mother who wants Pete to stay alive despite the coma. The bird is his dead sister, or at least Pete's longing to see her. He opened his eyes in heaven folks.
