Level 5 - Simply push the blue light source (the one near the star at the bottom) toward the gun (pressing left and down at the same time). Then, when you are near enough, get out of cover, get the star, and run.
The other things are pretty easy to get.

There are two ways of getting the "hard star" in level 5. You can either get a box from above and push it to the lower level, staying under it and tossing it between you and the light box. The just push them and grab the star before you die. You will take damage. Or, you can hide behind the bottom light box and have the turret there shoot it backward over the ramp, then you are safe when getting the star. But be careful, if you're careless, the bottom turret can hit you. + so everyone knows!

eh, some music would be nice. kind of original with the light problems, which i enjoyed. a replay factor would be nice. But umm, what are you supposed to be, a black snow globe?

@Anthonyk747: To get the 4th Star in Level 5, go near the exit, and the turret in the bottom-left will start shooting. If you are at the very bottom of the light coming from the exit, the turret will shoot the light box up and over the hill. You can then push the light box to the far right, and when you go left you will be far enough away from the light that it won't see you, so it won't fire, and you can get the star. Rate up if this helps.

Nice...er...game. I've never really seen that shadow feature in a flash game before. Shame it isn't finished. (Well...Actually it seems pretty finished to me.)

wittiest badge name ever!
(reference to the game's state; to its star content; lack of 't' makes it self-referent; encouraging imperative to the developer)
more encouragement: your game has potential. would like to see more use of movable objects to manipulate the light--after all, the game is a 'shadow game.' add mirrors to reflect/direct light? colored lights with separate corresponding on-off switches? drones that only move when lit or unlit, 'boo'-style? solar-panel switches that are toggled via light presence?
as a player, i'm much more interested in the elements relating to the manipulation of light than i am playing MGS-esque sneak-around.

@pieflavourpie, it takes a while to get it, but it sure aint impossible! Figure out the way to do it by yourself though ;)

Great game, while it is unfinished (only because wmarsh wants to improve it) It is still a stand out game from traditional puzzles. There seems to be some conflict on how to get the lvl 5 star by the blue box, correct? Here is my advice:
1.) Run down behind the blue box.
2.) Let the gun shoot the blue box and you back into the pit to the right.
3.) Now that the blue box is away from the gun, go get the star.
Hopefully this helps!

Star at level 5 : Go to the bottom and to the EDGE of that big slope, carefuly RUN with DOWN AND LEFT keys getting pushed... for a while you get shot for 3 times (5 lives) then you push away the blue light off the place with yourself, then theres no light near that turret, get the star, GET OUT QUICKLY (after getting out, get down to get defended) then there u have it, FREEDOMMMMMMMMM

Even after I finished the game again and refreshed.
I also have the medium star.

Okay, this game is perfect for someone like me. I enjoy puzzles to a degree, but most games like this get WAY beyond my patience in terms of difficulty. So, "unfinished" for the creator means "finished at the perfect point" for me. I found this challenging, fascinating, and finishable -- probably the only 5/5 I will ever give in this category! :)

All positive thoughts in my mind when I was playing this, except for the comment "too short" that kept calling for my attention!
