the alternative ending is when a giant monster reaches for the ship, but then the missile defence system kills the monster off it,s feet, and you return to your home planet.

*ascent* Kill that Big blocky popup once it's seen. Otherwise pretty good, although Double-Jump did not always work. Minor control issue aside I'd like to see badges for this one. Got the missile ending, assuming the non-missile brings one back to the planet..?..

The normal ending is: You leave the planet, and as you leave, the planet explodes. A huge, black monster erupts from the surface and devours you.

at first I thought this game was fun. then it quickly became way to easy. and the endings were almost exactly the same, except for one you live, one you die.

Great game. But more save points would be nice. One false step and you're thrown back five screens sometimes. That's why I quit with 9 tools.

You know, I've played this game on Newgrounds and liked it. But when I got caught by that stupid popup add which I am forced to click on for the fourth time in a row because I was trying to walk past it to a section that was kind of difficult... I'm done. 2 stars.

Argh, I love the simplicity of this game, and the visuals are awesome... If (both) endings were slightly less underwhelming, I'd absolutely adore this game!

I WANT A SEQUEL and guys you can view the normal ending on youtube + if you agree with the sequel or normal ending on youtube

this was a good by-the-book metroidvania/meatboy mashup - only thing keeping it from five stars is the dreaded lack of thinking outside the box; it's solid, but it isn't pushing any boundaries.

i wish i could've seen the regular ending :/ if you guys want to watch both endings you have to finish the game without all hidden areas first and then on the main menu click continue to activate all of the hidden switches so you can get the alternate ending

I loved all the artwork for this game! And the music seems to fit the game well. But I don't know, there doesn't seem to be enough going on. Not to mention I felt it was quite easy to beat this game.

It's a decent platformer even if the wall-jumping feels more like buttonmashing than precision play, but as for the "atmosphere", without the music there wouldn't have been much of it at all. Comparing with games like Eversion, there's a lot more potential there.

Gah! When the room where the big gorilla-thing was punching the floor cam whilst in the silent part of the music... That face...

I'd prefer if when you die without saving, you lose everything you had collected since. I would guess this would make the player feel more like they had something to lose, and as a result, care more about the weird little guy?

In case you got the special ending and want to know what happens in the normal one, you board your ship and fly up, but are eaten alive by a gigantic creature from below the planet's crust.
