Score multipliers: Random Colors 1.1x; No Top 1.25x; Random Notes, No GUI, No Middle, and Swapped Hands 1.5x each; Random Speed and No Bottom 1.75x each. A speed of 5 gives you 1x, putting the speed at 10 gives you 1.25x, putting it at the max of 15 gives you 1.44x. Hope this helps.
