SO ... MUCH ... TEXT ... Don't get me wrong, it's surprisingly well written, but the game sometimes feels like a comic with some short minigame along the run ...

World 3 is tough as nails. Except, for some reason, for the Rocket Slime with invincible eyes. The Living Heart is still a joke, though. MAKE THE HITBOX SMALLER I CAN'T NAVIGATE
thank you

I played this game once a while back when it was badge of the day and enjoyed it. Played it again now for Best of 2011 quest, and was so engaged I played through to the end. This is a gem of a game! Thanks for making it.

That was the toughest decision I've ever made in my gaming life.. Never thought I would enjoy this game so much. Before I tended to hate such games as this, just shooting and dodging obstacles in space; yet, the story captivated me --- I had to see it through to the end. After I completed that I could leave this game and genre once and for all, or so I thought. I'm a sucker for multiple endings, and you've provided Xdanond. So I will be playing this game much more than I care to admit

This game was amazing. However, I have a few requests for if you ever make a sequel: 1. The ability to replay levels in a previous world (after defeating the firebolt and earthwall you move to a new world and can't go back to previous levels). 2. New bosses. I disliked seeing the bosses being re-used in each world. 3. Maybe some kind of freeplay mode, with unlimited enemies (or you spawn them, and maybe you can spawn a boss) and have level 100 weapons or something, all stats at around 500, all possible modules, EVERY skill or whatever it's called, etc. Maybe you could actually choose your power level too. The main things I want are: Previous world replayability and new bosses in this world.

Great game. Anyone else get a Gradius III feel from the battles? And a sort of Vandread feel from the setting of the story?

Hello creator thanks for the great writing and characters. if you are still considering a sequel I wouldn't mind more modular bosses that have components to defeat. And maybe some limited quantity secondary items.

I have a really weird bug when I click on "Game start": I have just lots of pictures of forest, cities, skies, who changes very fastly. Is it serious doctor?

I just realized, after replaying this for the 7th time, that Oracle looks like a female version of Morgan Freeman.... Anyone agree?... No?... Just me, huh...

Xdanond, I asked for a sequel when I was a freshmen in high school. Now I'm a freshmen in college. Please make a sequel. I beg of you, with all my heart.

I had to reply some old levels a LOT before I was able to beat the last level :S Had to put everything in shields and shield regen.

Just so you know, you can unlock at least one additional ending if you end the game on hard difficulty ( I'm unsure if new game + has anything to do with endings though ).

Absolutely beautiful. The story is what really drives this game, as the gameplay is a bit cut and paste, but that really didn't matter. This game brought tears to my eyes and left me feeling amazing about this world.
Although I fail to see how this is, as you described it, a dating sim, as the entire dialogue is scripted, although I've never played one before.

I have played completely through this game 8 times, and yet it still never ceases to amaze me. As a community member in kong and a long love of this game I can only hope that a sequel is coming soon.

I enjoyed it... here are some of my thoughts:
1. More interactivity would be appreciated - there were several cutscenes that could have been turned into missions.
2. The variety of weapons was initially fun, but the cost of upgrading them caused a lot to fall out of use, and made missions where they'd be invaluable frustrating because the weapons were underleveled. Even at level 61, the Machgun was worthless compared to weapons half it s
3. The weapon upgrade system was RNG-dependent to a frustrating degree. It really sucked not being able to get level-appropriate saws and chargers.
4. The story was pretty fun. It kept me going... and I'm really glad it didn't turn into a dating sim.

This game... teaches you about life. I almost cried in the end. 5/5 and favorited, have my support. Developer, I do not consider this fully as a game, it is much more. I learned stuff today, you gave me emotions, and it goes far beyond any form of entertainment: games are art, and art should teach you something, which is what you totally did. Take my heartfelt "thank you", dev. I shall keep with me what you taught to me today. You have no idea how important this was for me. Best of luck for your life and future projects.

These are short comments, because, there is too much to say about this gem. Stick it out and trust me, it will worth it, you are in for a treat with this game/VN, you have my word.

If the game was just the playable game portion, it would have been fairly forgettable. I find the story really sells it and the game deserves more than a 5 rating.
