There is WAY too much text at the beginning. I'm all for stories, but I also want to play the game. That said the characters were alright and the story is interesting. Johnny constantly commenting on the women is funny but at the same time makes this too much like a dating sim, so be careful with that.

Great game. Beautiful game. Excellent.
The story is nice, and it have alot of potential to expand even further.
It's a really good visual novel, I would really commend you for your efforts.
Dialogue is good, and music as well, and the characters are well designed. Well, in terms of graphics, there's still room for improvement, but overall, everything is great. Loved it. Good job!
I'd love a sequel as well. I look forward to it, xdanond! All the best!

I second ZombieGUY's motion. I would pay for a sequel to Starwish what I'd pay for a console game or a novel any day of the week. If it's half as good as Starwish 1, it would be worth every penny.

its a great game! and we really want a sequel and a great game a great developer so i think you should also make a game where you can make a market bigger and bigger with daily money and where you buy stuff and sell it for more (should be multiplayer with real people :))

If you were to make an Impossible Badge: "Finish every single level at least once without being hit once: in each, I guarantee it would live up to it's name.

I clicked the game name thinking it would be a fun time waster for the last hour. I wasn't disapointed. Kudos to you, Danond.

"Drink between meals, drink with a friend, drink to seal deals, and drink 'til the end" -Swig (You only find this quote if you talk to Swig in the cafeteria) Almost as awesome as the one where Deadeye said she was working on harnessing the power of love to make weapons.

Fabulous game, terrific cast of characters, but I've noticed a slight glitch. Sometimes when I hit 'Staus' or 'Hangar', after I try to go back to the main menu, part of the page I closed stays on screen, blocking about the right quarter of the screen. Anybody else having this problem?

i've tried so hard to get the special ending and finally did it... damn that was beautiful. this is one of the best flash games i've ever played and i'd love it if a sequel was mad. 10/10

One of the most pleasant, innovative and complex story-driven Flash games I've ever experienced. Definitely recommend playing this, and working your nonexistent tail off to earn all the endings. Very, very rewarding.

I enjoyed this flash game so much that I made a walkthrough for it! That's never happened to me before, and I doubt it ever will again. Well done, xdanod! http://www.kongregate.com/forums/3-general-gaming/topics/175829-rpg-shooter-starwish?page=13

Well my friend, this a fantastic late 80's style Anime Shooter. It was cool going through a time warp. The mechanics are nice and easy to control. Environments are well detailed. Enemies are cute prey. You put alot in the character story and development. Could easily see these characters in their own anime spin off. If the characters had more emotional drawings(10-15) instead of 6-8 stills to show emotion then the dialogue between them would be more interesting to read. I would love a sequel as well

Oh my God, what was that? This game have one of the best sories I've seen. The way you wrote it makes us really want to know the history of every character, theis secrets, etc. I'm speechless.

"...it makes me think of how much of a chicken I am. No offense to the laser chickens"
Laser Chickens: "None taken."
WTF moment. 5/5

Wow, this has got to be the first Flash game that I've played that got me all emotional over the characters and story. I loved how every character had their own funny and dramatic moments, and the villains weren't painted as an always evil characters but simply miss guided. Definitely deserves 5/5 + fave!

I agree with you Jago that's the problem with multiple ending games when continued their usually continued from the neutral ending (in this case the wish is thrown away and everything remains destroyed) I'd like to think that the special ending is the true ending but alas its most likely just fan service. A prequel however would be a win-win we'd get to see all the pirate lords in their prime and learn their stories. Its been done before such as with Luffia 2 being a prequel to Luffia that told the story of the heros you keep hearing about.

Ps. (too lenghty...)
As well as I'm considered a sequel doesn't have to mean "Starwish 2" in a strict sense, the characters are wonderful, but they kind of had their endings didn't they? And from which ending sould you build?Well it's not my headache, but I belive that anything you do will be great, even if a completely different set of charcters, environment, or even a completely different game... Keep up the good work ;)

A really great game! I don't know if I'm the odd one out but personally What compelled me was the story. It's not to much text! It's the story that drives the whole game and rather I would've liked to se more of it and maybe less of the shooting which in my opinion s the only thing that isclose to a flaw due to the repetitiveness and on hard mode the weapons can't really handle some of the "hiding" enemies. Well maybe I just suck...
Anyhow a saving without quiting feature would be nice.
If you're planning a sequel I, like others, recommend you to try out kickstarter or something like that if you alreadý haven't. I Believe we are quite a few that would like to contribute.
Awesome drawing and Music. You've actually managed to create personalities that, at least I, believed in and cared for, that is quite an accomplishment. Hats off

great game and all, but there seems to be some issues with the walls acting like magnets when im clearly pressing the direction away from them and my ship blows up for no reason. no damage, just blam dead because i was too close to a wall (which is hard not to be on some of these levels)

This game is fantastic. The gameplay, the music, the story, personalities, the touches of humor and emotions... *sniff* maybe i'm wrong, but I dare to say that this is the masterpiece you get when crossing Crystal Story and Enigmata. 6/5 from me if I could. Easily one of the best, if not THE BEST game on Kongregate. PS: We all want a sequel.

Also If this were to be a real game youd need images of the pirates and a woman talking in the beging it would add alot of depth

Best Game 2014 NEEDS A Sequel and could be put into a real game that could be sold, just needs alittle thing fixed here and there otherwise I Love it!

although this is great the bar and the actualy story dont go well togher there is a part where you figure something out then when you go into the bar and talk to the person he's still like (i wonder why... then the thing you found out)

That story was so good, I mean, seriously, I really didn't expect that, the writing in that game actually inspired emotions that big budget platform games haven't gotten out of me. I'd definitely donate to your next game if your team makes this kind of quality out of nowhere.
