Under rating threshold (show) Dear xdanond If you made a kickstarter for Starwish 2, I guarantee you would far exceed your set goal. A wonderfully crafted story that had me tearing up, particularly the hard as hell to get Perfect "No Wish" option at the end. If you say you need resources to make another, just say the word and we of the community will back you up. With hope, all your fans.

Under rating threshold (show) Definitely a sequel, xdamond. I'm really impressed with the story line and game play. Great job. Must have taken some time to complete! The English is great as well. Props. 5/5 :D Addicting as ever. Even the music is nice. Thanks for making a good game and uploading it to Kong. If only more games were this good there wouldn't be so many shitty games. :P

Under rating threshold (show) Damn, story and characters are absolutely professional, the shooter bit of the game is a bit lame, this game is more like reading a book or watching anime with some shooter-breaks, but it's totally worth it. Love the story! 5/5

Under rating threshold (show) i hate when it ends, it's like a good book that ends it's like you have nothing for 2-3 seconds when returning to the real world, and you are still in heaven :3, but i want to keep going in the history lol. but there one thing we can hope for to follow the history: WAIT FOR A SEQUEL. hope it's comming soon.

Under rating threshold (show) A lot of people have forgotten what makes a game great. Vibrant characters, dialogue that doesn't want to make you cringe from reading it, and of course a sense of freedom. Honestly, the heart of a good game is good writing which this game has in spades. I applaud your efforts sir, well done 5/5.

Under rating threshold (show) I've found that a good game gives me a feeling that I've just finished a good book when I beat it. This is one such game. The characters were brilliantly done and complex, each and every one of them. They were individually motivated yet driven to the same goal, and still entirely believable at the same time. My biggest concern came from the cafe conversations. I got used to them, but they sometimes created a bit of a mood whiplash as they were more mellow and sometimes robbed situations of their urgency. But past that, it was a wonderful game and truly a joy to experience.

Under rating threshold (show) It's fricking epic, I love it. The story, the music, the battle the characters, all of it. First there's a happy, love song, then boom, a dramatic story. Epic. I have an idea though, why not make recordings of how they sound, that would be epic. Like deuce, ginny, dead-eye and maybe even swig :P Plus so he sees please :D

Under rating threshold (show) @Proudmoore: This is only partially true. Talking to people will get you their endings, but there are certain prerequisites to talk to each person, and also to unlock their ending. For Tessa, you must have 80 mods to get her ending. For Deadeye, You must have all your weapon levels equal to 360 or higher. For Johnny, you must have $400,000 before you can talk to him the last time. For Ginny, you must never die. For Nefereti, you must get 4000 kills or more on hard. Getting these and all of the other endings that don't have requirements other than talking will unlock the full special ending by clicking on the "I have no wish" button. Thumb this up so people can see!

Under rating threshold (show) When Deuce was handed the small box as part of his birthday presents, I thought it was going to be the stuffed snail he gave to Ginny when she came on board. I just about cried at the possibility. Very well written and was a joy, though sometimes frustrating (Ice Dragon 3 and Monolith 3 Stages in particular) to play. 5/5.

Under rating threshold (show) A fantastic storyline, full of emotion, humour and action. No one appreciates how important this is in a game. Flash games like this are difficult to find, even harder to create and should be made into full console games. For that, I give you 5/5 and applaud you for the music, artwork, gameplay and the effort put into making such a fantastic game.

Under rating threshold (show) Well, I gotta say, you sure lured me in. I played this from beginning to end because I was invested in the story. You sure made one hell of a tale (and a very complex, fun shooter to boot). I agree with others that a sequel will be most welcomed or at the very least, a bigger expansion on this story because you made an interesting cast and setting. 5/5

Under rating threshold (show) I have never come across such a plot in a flash game! It would be tempting to suppose that this game is after a book or a film... However not! You would be surprised that an adult Russian poet (primary occupation) like me is playing flash games on Kong, itching to write a dozen of poems or even a novel after a game. Alas! You gave me the inspiration, but gave no permission. I have translated Calcelmo’s note from Skyrim in verse (the translation received better appraisal than the one by local company translators), wrote a grand description of food heaven (8 pages of verse) from Gourmandland (Rayman Origins) and it would be an honour for me to compose something that would be related to the greatest (sic!) flash game in my life. Sincerely yours, Andreï Kostyrka, renowned Russian poet of classic style.

Under rating threshold (show) Tip: Lasers and missiles are an effective combination. They are the most powerful weapons and are easy to use. Lasers follow your ship's vertical movements and missiles fire forward. Extra: Damage per second formula: ([minimum damage] + [maximum damage]) / 2 x [rate of fire] Comment: Excellent game. Loved it.

Under rating threshold (show) I can say nothing but good about this game. The creator of this game managed to make a flash game that is worthy of being called a real game. I would pay for this game or for even the sequel (If he makes one). The gameplay is great, and the storyline is AMAZING. Even though it's a flash game, it is worthy of now being in my top 5 games of all time. I will remember this game forever. To the creator; I have to thank you for making such an amazing game, please make a sequel, we all want one!

Under rating threshold (show) I dont like shooters very much, but stayed for the story. What also i dont like about the game is that the gaming part is too much disconnected from the story part. It was like playing was a bother only to advance with the plot.. if you make a sequel (and i hope so) consider a better integration between the game and the story. 4/5.

Under rating threshold (show) While the actual gameplay was somewhat monotonous, the dialogue and storyline is what drove me to keep playing. I played the game in Hard Mode from beginning to end. Dying numerous times to the point I lost count. However I never budged and just did the grind to get my character and weaponry where it needed to be to complete the game. I am going to replay the end till I read every outcome. It's games like these that really set the bar above others. Well done xdanond. Well done.

Under rating threshold (show) There are 9 endings, one for every character (including neferiti if you play on hard mode), the normal "I have no wish" ending and, if you get all 7 character's endings in one single gameplay (not NG+) the "I have no wish" ending changes into a special ending (read this to know how to get all the endings http://www.kongregate.com/forums/3-general-gaming/topics/175829-rpg-shooter-starwish?linkfixed=1&page=3#posts-3823314). Also you cant vote for any of the "I have no wish" endings. At first the normal ending was the one I liked the most, but after geting the special ending i loved it, but seems there arent many who think alike as there is no comment for "+ if you would like to vote for the special ending".

Under rating threshold (show) Just a friendly suggestion from a player who really enjoyed your game -- If you're going to make a level full of mazes like "Absolute Zero," it would be helpful if you could clean up the hitbox of your ship, and its interaction with walls. Sometimes you can fly right through them, and other times walls take on this sort of magnetic property that basically kills you because you can't get away from them.

Under rating threshold (show) This game, I beat it once before. It is a wonderful game, but when I first played it, I was too naive to understand anything that the words meant. I have matured now, and now I fully understand what the characters are saying. It is difficult to do when younger, but now, this game kind of has a more depressing, yet enlightening feeling behind it. It makes me feel a little sad, but it makes me so happy at the same time. I love it. 5/5 x1000 and many times over my friend. Good job.
