I held it off for 50 hours! Is the fact that more than 80,000 soldiers died fighting 1? or is it that it took them 50 hours to overrun the outpost?

Whew, already survived for 174 hours, and i dont know how many 9.24 rounds bullet fired, how many soldiers are killed, mortar strikes are launched, how much tanks and planes i destroyed, it took me some strategy for that...... Big art game

spiridiom; war has killed far less than disease ever has, war is never a good thing as it only the shows the hatred and greed of those in power,however, it does show the courage and sacrifice of those who fought to let our countries develop without tyrannical rule.

In reality the allies were to torn to shreds as the advanced upon the beaches there was no cover, I usually say there's no such thing as luck, but in this case it was purely luck whether you survived or not, I've been to the D-day beaches in Normandy and I saw the cliffs which they had climb up and they were so steep it would have been an amazing feat to do it let alone without gunfire shooting at you.

Guys if you haven`t known it up to know. This is an anti war game. It shows one bunker, no upgrades nothing, this "bunker" a wn 62 with Heinrich Severloh killed, so his own words roundabout 2000 people. 2000 people died to bring freedom back to euroe and you want an upgradable bunker and so on....

(Role play) Karl: The enemy fire! Hans: yes sir, heil! (Hour 5) Hans: Sir, the enemy can withstand a few shot from the machinegeweher. Use the AT bullets? Karl: Nein no AT bullets! (hour 30) Hans: sir, I'm bored. Karl: Remember the fuher. Hans: yes but the enemy is weird they can withstand bullets and tanks exploded in less than a minute... WITHOUT AT BULLETS!! Karl: so? there weak. (hour 70) Hans: sir we should surrender something tells me the bunkers health is- Karl: VHATTTTT? Hans you coward we should stay and fight we will win thi- BOOM! and then Karl and Hans explode after a tanks shootsthem for the one hundred time.

You are not the only guy who had a grandpa! The worst thing about how social darwinism was lived out in nazi germany was, that the people there thought a life of a foreigner was worth much less than a german life. That led them to commit huge crimes!! It was very bad and it can not be undone, but most people in germany learned from that (even though most were not alive at that time yet)!! (except for a few 1000 ultranationalists, but those dont really matter politically..) Any life is important and death is always bad! If you wish death to people from another country just because of their nationality, you position yourself right next to nazi criminals ideology-wise!! I understand that you feel sad because of your grandpa. But putting your people on a higher rank or another people on a lower one, makes you as bad as any other nazi... I hope you understand what i said. Dont let your grief lead you to adopt nazi ideology, while only switching german and american positions...

lower the health on the troops man in real life it takes 1 bullet to kill you or take you out of action 2-3 your done son 4-6 your dead

@rubicondan1995 Yes Hitler did cause the holocaust, and start WWII because he broke that treaty, but have you realized that Germany was never invited to the negotiations of this treaty, and that considering that they were driven into an poor economy it would have been impossible to pay back all the money? And the fact that Germany never started WWI so making them take the blame seemed really silly.

D-day wasn't the turning point in WW2, Germany invading USSR was. The soviets won the war for us in Europe, the Americans won the war for us in Asia.
