This must be awkward for the people that come out of the house. Houses are destroyed, skeletons are everywhere, and worst of all, their are bodies falling out of the sky. :o

If you're having the invisible villager problem and a weird box off to the side, you've got the game zoomed in too far and need to zoom it waaaay back. Upvote so people can see!

Some tweaks the game needs: make trap doors not so near the sides of the screen (e.g Round 19, flipping ninjas coming out of trap doors by the edge of the screen from both sides...), make villagers die after chucking a house at them, make knights swing only once and make them swing slower so you can dodge their swords more predictably, make the game screen bigger, and make coin collection automatic instead of having us pick them up before they disappear and causing the game to lag. P.S for those of you having trouble missing/grabbing with your mouse, you can change the sensitivity level of your mouse in control panel options to make it faster. Also if your pointer keeps going off to the side, its probably because you're using a laser mouse without a cleaned mouse pad that's big enough. Hope this helps.

Okay, there is a bug that is REALLY irritating me, I'm in the 40+ levels, and I lose a lot, so I have to retry or load my file. My gauntlet will NOT work if I retry or load my file, I have to refresh the page every time, and it takes long to load.

To kill a knight: allow him to attack the mouse cursor, /dodge/ the attack with it, only when the knight starts blinking red do the grab.

*Helpful Strategy*
Basically, this strategy centers around the fact that the game can only load up to five enemies at a time (with the load rate of the fifth enemy being very slow). By having a constant four knights / superheroes on the screen (because they cannot leave), this means that there is only one enemy who can ACTUALLY leave the screen and therefore is the only enemy you have to worry about. To kill this enemy, simply lure the knights / superheroes away from the spawn zone until the enemy spawns. Instantly euthanasia / gauntlet him followed by luring the knights / superheroes away again. Because of the slow spawn rate of a fifth enemy, you WILL have a constant supply of mana to euthanasia or gauntlet. Repeat until spawn zone is gone. Then do the same process on the other spawn zones until all spawn zones are gone, and finally kill off the four superheroes/knights you maintained this entire time. Hooray! Hope you found this helpful!

Here are few advices. I played as pacifist so it's the pacifist's way.
1. Never skip saving as far as the game has a lot of bugs.
2. "Freeze time" and "?????" are not very useful so don't waste your money buying it.
3. I used only "Euthanasia" and "Slave cage". Upgrade Euthanasia to max. And you'll need mana batteries and power-plant.
4. In the higher levels do not kill knights and supermen too fast - they won't leave anyway, but another units will appear not so often. Keep knights and supermen in the far corner while new units appear and kill new units fast with Euthanasia (3rd level). When current house will be empty kill knights and supermens. I killed them with slave cage, but knights shuold be red when you use a cage to kill them.
5. Do not open new house before you kill all units from the previous one.
If you think this comment is useful vote to keep it alive.
P.S. Pardon my English :)

Sometimes the game glitches and I can't use my syringe. The unicorn stampede is surprisingly ineffective against those damn knights.

This game is pretty damn fun till you get to the knights. Up till then this was a 5 star. Now it's a 3 star. They're so obnoxious they take away from the fun of the game. They don't add difficulty to the game, they add a level of annoyance that takes away from the fun of it.
Highly suggested you take them out.

Land on the ground - die. Land on a house from the same height......bounce off to the edge of the screen and run away. wtf?

1. The trick to the last levels is to keep heroes alive. There is a limit of 6 villagers on the screen, so keeping 5 heroes around makes the game easier.
2. Common Procedure: Use Euthanasia or Gauntlet to kill your villagers. Move the cursor to the top of the screen to make the heroes follow, then quickly go down and use the skill.
3. Knights: Even on the Pacifist route, buy the Gauntlet. In case a Knight spawns, change to the Gauntlet, slide it over the Knight, slide it to the side to move the heroes out, use the Gauntlet on the Knight and throw him up.
4. Football Players: Aim for the head. If you click on the head, they usually do not jump - and even if they do, your injection will hit them.
5. New Hero: If a new hero spawns, the game will not send a new villager until you kill one of them. Get the Euthanasia or the Gauntlet, use it on a hero, slide it to the side to separate the other heroes from him and then use the skill twice again.

Oh, forgot to mention... having so many miscellanious objects around makes it near impossible to grab hold of the real people, if I can grab one object at one point why not two?!? Bah.

He he, if the ninja villagers are giving you a hard time avoiding your euthanasia shots/power gauntlet just right click and double click on them really quick. Hope it helps. Keep this up if you think it's useful.

Son: Dad! I still don't understand, aren't we gods? How do they even make it till our home? Father: Son! If I knew how to make a house in mid-air, I would have done it BEFORE they came to the gates...

Pillage the Village, what an old classic. Certainly an original game, with lulzy graphics and some snazzy bleating sheep and rustling leaves in the background to keep up the sound. I find it very entertaining, albeit a bit difficult and a tad glitchy (for me). Nice work, Xgen.

For a game that has so much action near the edge of the screen, to not have an autopause is kinda rude, neh? It's hard enough since my gauntlet stopped working...

Is the aim of the game really to just put as many annoying fricking objects in the way of what you want to click on? FFS!

it would be an ok or good game if you didnt have to move your mouse outta the game box which then lags the game then causing you not to be able to do much with it.

@MarioXPD8 You need to make sure you are zoomed in fully, to 100%. If you are not, the UI (User Interface) of the game will not load correctly.

i threw a guy up in the air(far offscreen), he clips the side of a building and lands, completely unharmed/dazed..... how??

I've been holding a villager over the campfire for a few minutes now, yet he isn't toasting at all. Are we to believe this land is populated by "Fireproof Villagers"?

To everyone complaining about the lack of mute: There is one, albeit sort of hidden. Once in game, press Esc (pause) and press Options. You can adjust the volume level from there.

Gets REALLY repetitive and boring about level 30. 50 levels is way too excessive if you stop adding new enemies about level 25 or so.
