great game i think its even better than canabalt its just so freaking addictive i cant stop to play but i think its too easy you should be able to determine its hardness for example an easy, medium hard and ninja difficulty ;) and one thing which would make this game even more addictive are badges so please add some

Easy way to do well at this game: hold the fast key down. Whenever you jump, press the slow down key to land on a platform. The stone-skin power fades slowly, so you are basically invincible for the entire game (if you prefer to kill from afar, hold down "c"). Hope this helps some of you guys =3

Result: Make enemies stronger? How about a bestiary of enemies? A basic red one, shuriken one, 2-hit one, ignore stone skin one, speedy one, a ninja that can jump...possibilities are endless. Good game anyway. 4/5

Nearly Invincible: Hold C and you'll spam ninja stars so your nearly invincible. Add the fact that speed up = stone skin...you practically ARE invincible. Also if you couldn't spam Ninja Stars, it's pretty useless anyway cause of stone skin...

The double jump is amazing! Really saves this game and puts it above Canabalt for me. The swinging is a very imaginative add on but can be a little unpredictable. Luckily, the double jump feature really makes it manageable. The killing of random, unsuspecting ninjas is also very enjoyable. 5/5 good game!

Lol u can see it was inspired by Canabalt, but i hated Canabalt, and I love Ninja Run soo 5/5 obviously for IMPROVING a boring game

I don't understand how to properly grapple. When I hold down my up button, I keep on grappling, but I also keep on going downwards. It's pretty easy to simply disappear down the bottom. If I try to act as if I'm jumping, I don't always grapple, and I fall down regardless.

Misses a challenge, as you get the Super Ninja achievement within 5-10 minutes. After that, what's the goal? Good game, but could use more diversity in levels/enemies and such. And a goal(levels, tougher achievements). 3/5

Quite of a challenge, I'm sure the majority of players would like this as it is easier than Canabalt. Could do with upgrades. 4/5

Pretty good, the one thing I think would make this better (improve it and get it closer to canabalt's quality) is the transition from hooking the floating pads into being able to use your double jump. Maybe make it so that you press down to launch your hook or something. Because it sucks hooking something only to have epic fail happen.

o i beat the entire thing before i realized you could throw ninja stars lol great game though similiar to canabalt but i like this alot better a little bit easier to stay on the platforms with the speed up and down buttons plus i love ingame achievements 5/5

Actually, Canabalt didn't start his "genre". There is another game, an older one, that is extremely similar. I can't recall the name, however.

sorry for double post, but i would just like to point out that the double jump(and regular jump for that matter) can be deadly. it's happened quite often that after a failed jump i fell right into the pit. it can also save you, though, like when you've made a wrong jump and you ended up right beside the platform, just double jump, and it'll save your ass. key word to almost everything in game; TIMING.

@kickassmaster, you don't need the shurikens while you're going at full speed, if you just go full speed and crash right into the enemies, you'll kill them. also, i've found that a good strategy is to hold the speed up button, but to release it at certain points, all while retaining that star thing around you. that way, you'll kill everything in your path, and be as fast as can be. 4/5, really good man, keep it up.

if you run full speed and just spam throw ninja stars, you actually catch up to the stars and can run along at the same speed with them, creating a huge wall of death in front of you :D

Not terrible. It's okay. Too complicated for a game like this lol. Auto run games should just be jump, and thats it. Still a 3/5 though.

Pretty good. The best of the "auto-run" type games I've played (including the half-assed Prince of Persia and a couple others). This was a step in the right direction for the genre, but it's still missing something.
