Nice kind of miss Shadow of the Horned rat , But I didn't get the sense of frustration and ownership of the units because they did not die. I got none of that desperate need to restart the battle because my nurtured and cared for units had died or the need to pay for units instead of buy armour . Do't get me wrong I loved the game I played through the whole game in one sitting lol just ideas for the next version .

Pretty glitchy. At one point my army starting beating the crap out of a corpse. And apparently you can't gain XP from previously won battles?

For the 500 score in survival: 2 normal soldier squad (maxed), 2 archer squad (attack maxed) and one cavalry (maxed). After start, move them to the bottom left corner and place cavalry + 1 soldier squad in the corner, 1 soldier squad in the right and the 2 archer squad in the middle. Easily picked 650+ gold coins. Rate up so that people can see it.

Okay: Graphics are very nice, but a bit inconsistent. The minstel does not fit the intro very well. Map graphic is very nice. Gameplay: too easy, only challenging fight is the last one, where the opponent finally has cavalry. I do not like the money magnet. I pay 250 gold pieces to get a piece of gameplay completely removed? The improvements of the units are very unnoticeable. It would be nice if they got something more than just some bigger numbers. Story: a bit too weak. It hits all the cliches, but in a foreseeable and "whatever" manner. Protip: having the story told from someone who finds it boring (the minstrel) and dislikes the protagonist (the king) works in 1 of every 20 cases. And in those cases, there is something else pushing the story. Dev response: nothing short of Great. Devs answering makes me write honest comments.

The easy badge is impossible this is why I think it is impossible i think it is in possible because I got all the requirements and it still did not give me the badge! What would you say to that?

There's a grammatical error in the Description. "...unique engine that showing up to 200-300 units..." should be "that can show up to 200-300 units".

Absolutely love that you have music/effect increments, not just an on/off button. It's the little things that count! 5/5

a suggestion, when you get defeated, perhaps you can still get the gold you collected before you died? it makes it alot harder since I can't get upgrades. + so dev can see?

great idea and design but unfortunately not very challenging. i hope for a sequel with greater maps for more tactical manuevers

Great game, but it needs editing for grammatical and spelling errors. (Hint: 'striken' is not a word.)
5/5 and favorited. Looking forward to the sequel!

Developer, Nice game, liked your introduction, however, after I started game-play, I was finding difficulties distinguishing my troops from the enemy, perhaps an added distinctive mark may help? Unfortunately, the troops blend in some what, would it be possible to add a color-blind mode? My only other subject I was going to touch on was maneuvering around an obstacle (or not maneuvering), but I noticed others have, Good choice in background, thumbs up! I can not comment on any sounds and/or FX at this time for my speakers are nonfunctional! 3/5 (room for improvement) -Marz

Awesome game dude! Quick, easy, simple, and fun to play. Just sit, and watch your guys kill the other men! And if you don't have enough money just do the 3rd level over and over 250+ coins every fight!

This game turned out to be a delightful surprise. The sound is really the gem that ties the whole game together - great effects and music. The animation is quite fluid given the complexity of what's happening on the battlefield. While the "we're getting attacked from behind" surprise factor wanes after the second or third time it happens (feels like it happens every mission) it does keep you on your toes. Also, no game has a magnet upgrade THIS good. Wish this game were longer with more units, perhaps some unique skill trees for additional tactics, tech, etc? Overall, 5/5 easily!

Nice music/sound system! The campaign was somewhat humorous and enjoyable. Nice game and runs smoothly. Definitely a favorite.

Great game! I've been looking for something like this for quite a while.
One thing I'd suggest is more upgrades, instead of just armor/weapon, there could also be other stats such as speed to upgrade.

Also... I just got a bug where an enemy is stuck in the terrain. All of my archers are dead so I can't kill it, and I can't finish the level.

Love the game! We needed a good flash RTS on here. I wish the squads were more intelligent though, to go around things. I also wish that, instead of putting an arrow, maybe select target squads for them to go after?
The plot was hilariously snarky, but I got a little lost on who the player is--the original king or the bandit king? Maybe I missed something, but a little bit of explanation would be nice.
Overall, I really enjoy this game. Sequel, for sure!

Well that last about 20 seconds, once I got in to the squads section I couldn't get out again, no exit button on screen, end of game for me.

Are you one of those people that are always making shit jokes to your friends that no one thinks is funny? - You are really not as funny as you think you are.

The game has no depth, the tutorial is almost non-existent and the campaign was boring. The people are just running into each other with no sense of formation or awareness. The tutorial told me to place units and press fight which doesn't help at all. I'm not even sure how people like this. I would write more but I have better things to do.

The game is really good. One thing that I found to be particularily annoying is when during fights guys still walk to each other, pushing them away. In the end, you have your sworsdmen platoon laying around a big portion of the battlefield, and wanting them to regroup takes long. It's understandable in cavalry with all the trampling effect, but not for infantry. Other than that, 5/5

Gameplay was great, but the story really detracts from it. The jokes don't make much sense (at least to me?) and there are a number of typos.

Survival mode's the game, campaign's the tutorial. This is surprisingly impressive -- though I'm sure I've missed more recent ones, last time I saw a game that punished bad tactical formation this fast was Myth II, the TW series lets you pick your fights, this ... doesn't. You're going to die, and the only thing left to fight for is glory. Rock.

4/5 This game is a lot of fun, and I really enjoy this genre, but the game-play depth wasn't really there. I never even got close to losing any level, and the strategy is just pile your units up and wait (with the exception of gathering treasure chests and getting the mages on the ending levels). It would be nice if the enemies didn't automatically run at you, so you have to move your units occasionally.
I just maxed att. on archers, and primarily armor on everyone else.

I really got a kick out of the beginning tale. Not the usual, "Oh woe is me, I'm stuck in a new land. I am lost, oh what do I do?" type of thing. Smart@ss interjections from the developers/narrator was great! Downside is the constant necessity to turn the music off on every screen. If I turn the music off, it shoud STAY off. Very annoying. 3/5 because of that miss from the developers.

great game, only problem was the units keep getting stuck by the obstacles but other than that really fun to play. Only things i could suggest is maybe changing unit appearance as you upgrade the armour and weapons, and maybe throw in some more advanced weaponry in the next installment if there is one. Like crossbows or battering rams, something like that. But overall a great game, minimal bugs and hilarious literature in the text's. This is a personal thing for me and i just want a shout out for it but LOVE the fact you used the real ENGLISH words and not the silly confused "american" ones. 5 star peeps :D

Okay cool game but the second wave of liches in survival always decimates my army and it's stupid. Also Half the time I click on one group of guys and it selects the totally wrong unit inches away. So those things are kind of killing it for me.

How do you win both the battles with the blue army on your side? I try running around them to defeat the enemy to gain the victory, I've let them fight hoping they would loose, nothing works. This battle is the third one from the left on the bottom of the map. The other one is on the right of the map, 3rd one down from the top. I want the Game Completion of Whatever Badge!
