Great and addicting game! The difficulty gap between normal and hard is extremely wide though. Its rare for me to finish hard mode XD Need "Eyes the horror 2" :P
Questions:
1.) In hard mode, how much money bags spawn in the game? Exactly 30? I always get like 25-29 and I triple-checked every floor XD.
2.) The ghost can get inside the bathroom (3rd floor) and the last room (left side) on middle floor.... glitch???

Am I a noob or is this freaking game just super hard? I cannot even beat level 1!! Because I am actingl like every horror movie character ever I keep going straight to the basement! THEN THIS DAMN ASS FREAKY HEAD STARTS CHASSING ME AROUND!!! I CANNOT OUTRUN IT! GREAT GAME BUT DAMN, HARD AF.

PART 3 CONTINUING FROM BELOW.
3rd loot the music room (the chest and everything). you should have about 8-12 bags. then preciously go through the other door and go into the room you haven't looted yet. check the other 2 room aswell and you might get extra moneybags and an eye or 2. AT THIS MOMENT YOU HAVE TO BE VERY EFFICIENT WITH YOUR EYES. last part. you will most likely die at this part. but do not worry this walkthrough can be repetitive. now wait for the lights to shake. WAIT ABOUT A MINUTE. if the lights stop shaking wait about 5-15 seconds before using your last or one of your eyes if the head is still upstairs and you have no eyes left you have to pretty much sprint for the end game door. if you die you can repeat this technique.

PART 2 CONTINUING FROM BELOW.
2nd, run or walk upstairs and loot the bathroom, then go in to the room right opposite the bathroom click the printer and loot the rest of the room. DO NOT LEAVE YET. wait for the computer (and other things) to start shaking, once they stop then see through the eyes you had collected previously. if the head is still on the same floor as you, do not panic just wait a minute. if the computer (and other things) shake and then stop see through another eye. the head should be in the basement. go into the the music room.

hey just a bit of a walkthrough on how to beat casual, without having to go down to the basement! 1st when you wake up be sure to check the cabinets in the starting room, then go out quickly and search the rest of the floor of eyes and moneybags. then go back to the starter room. the door will NOT close fully, so you can have a peak just out side the door. THE HEAD THING WILL NOT SEE YOU. stay in the starter room and keep peaking. once you see the head come up and scout the starter floor just wait, you should see the head go back down to the basement. if not thats fine wait for it to go back down to the basement.

Sorry for spamming, but I have an update to the aforementioned bug. The ghost saw me through the door again, but this time I wasn't on the mantle, I was on the floor next to the chair. At this point, it's clear that the whole room is a glitchy death trap.

And now a new bug: there I was in the room with the pillars on the 1st floor on the mantle with the door closed when the ghost somehow saw me through the door and gave chase, making me lose. How does standing on a fireplace mantle allow a ghost to see you through a door?

after a couple of runs, I am starting to wonder if the ghost only starts moving when you either collect or use a red eye, or move into a different room with items in it. Idling around for the ghost to make the first move does squat for some reason.

I was with a friend and it went well for the first run, then we had all the bags and we were on the top floor, when we had all bags and when we wanted to go to the main floor floating head just comes at us from nowhere and we almost had a hearth attack. for the second run we came towards it without knowing then I screamed like a madman then my parents woke up. great game

"Ok, i am near the door, inside a house with a scary ghost, and i have 19 bag full of gold. Well, should i leave? Naaah, lets find one more!" Smart guy.

apparently, standing next to a wall while the ghost is passing may glitch and it may see you through it. Hilariously, another glitch in the living room on the ground floor will cause the ghost to get stuck if I am on the opposite side of the chair in there; it only got me when I jumped over the chair just to get it over with.

Question, hard to tell but does difficulty affect the speed of the ghost? And does it have any impact on its travel patterns?

I take it back. Now I regret that after getting over the shock of the ghost, I actually find it extremely annoying more than anything else. This is mostly because of how unpredictable it's movement is, the absence of midgame saving, and the lack of foolproof methods for not being caught by the ghost.

My only regret thus far is the absence of ghost-warding artifacts and the inability to recharge ghost vision so that the very few easy to find eyes aren't excessively precious.
