My day has been long and arduous, but at times like this I take joy in the fact that there is an old bald man willing to give me nymphs in this rainy day. "I may have no job and no social life, but damn am I glad Elements the Game is still up and running."

@desciclope666: Drawing has little to do with what entropy does. Drawing is a mechanic of the game, only 1 card per. What entropy does is cause chaos and discord, see pandemonium and discord. Not to mention mutation and the scientific creatures.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@descicloper666: Entropy is not just about death and life, it is about the chaos and disorder in the universe as a whole.

Sinlike yeah it's unfortunate but it has been proved that it's easy to abuse and hack that and gain endless of quanta and thats hwy you don't quanta.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Suggestion: if I activate an ability on the battlefield (ex: nymph's tears on my blue nymph), but choose to cancel, I should not have to lose the quanta just because I changed my mind.

@unspeakablenoise: on general you need 30 - 40% of pillars/towers, depending on your consumption needs; if you dont get them it means you dont have enough
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I might be terrible at this game, but the randomness of the card draw is killin' me... how are folks dealing with this? Twice now I've gone without drawing a single pillar of my mark in 7 or 8 turns (and I have 12 of them in my hand!).

if trading system would be introduced , all the rares and ultra rares would become really simple to get and will break the game mechanic
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@MaynRavun: Trading has been suggested and shot down several times. The game is a CCG, not TCG. The developer doesn't want trading. It would be easy to abuse in almost every case. There is already a bazaar available, so you can by 70% of cards anyways.

I almost have to agree with Gorge that platinum gauntlet is an exercise in frustration, but it's not the decks so much as the 2X draw, 200 life, triple mark. But honestly, I find mono darkness the hardest to beat there consistently.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@GorgeWalker: Not beaten doesn't mean unbeatable. Also, that is what age is for, so the strongest decks don't stay in forever.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Dim shield may seem invincible when you first start playing but it has a lot of counters and in fact very few elite decks rely on it. Any good permanent control (steal, deflagration, pulverizer, butterfly effect) will ruin a deck that relies on dim shield. Also lots of things will bypass it including spell damage and shard of freedom (and probably others that I can't think of). Since dim shield expires, you have to have six of them in your deck which means you can't include it as an after thought. You have to build your deck around it and that means if you encounter a foil to it you're probably going to lose.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
again: my yesterdays eather deck has 10 - 0 statistics; and on plat leaderboard there are 7 undefeated decks out of 25 = 28% unbeateable decks; this is pure maths and you cant argue that
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Dm1321: Upgraded flying weapon is colorless, so it is still a mono gravity deck, since he doesn't need any other type of quanta other than gravity.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@GorgeWalker: Poison dials > your deck. Far from unbeatable. Just because people use subpar decks in arena doesn't make the decks winning unbeatable. Also, there is age to make them easier over time if they are borderline.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
George. 1Rt and your titan go kaplamo. YOu can also play lobo and any shield, stall and freeze. And if you say these decks aren't commonly used in plat check Swallow.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@edcedcedc: yesterday i built a titan based golden arena deck; pure gravity; titan + shard + otyugh + acceleration + upgraded flying weapons (no other upgrades); double draw, 5 upgraded cards, rest in HP; result this morning was 9 - 0 (i know this is not enough for good stats, but it is telling a lot); so im not to sure about "no unbeatable decks" theory because this passive deck is just too quick for active deck to develop - and cards are not even upgraded
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Gorge no deck is unbeatable. To beat a stall you need cards that build damage for example, fractal sop lava golem and so on. YOu can also use 1 eternity.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
game is simple to start and nicely balanced (more different cards would be great), but i dont like (its just not fun) that it is allowed to make unbeatable passive decks in hihger arenas like miracle + shard of devinity - because you will just run out of cards, no matter how good is your deck; or shard of void + steal + devourer because you run out of life or electrun; and air decks are too strong with shard of freedom

@0136 I restarted my account awhile back, took me 10 min. to go from 1st quest to last quest. Used a basic rush and went to pvp1 once it got to the score quest. If I really tried I could probably do it under 5 min. on a day with a lot of people @ pvp1 so wait time isn't 1 min. or so.

@TurkeyPie: All of that was sound up until you linked to the wikia. The wiki is terrible and horribly outdated. The wiki has decent stuff, but not kept super updates. Forums have all the latest stuff along with the second fastest help, fastest being chat of course.

Level 2 is too much of a jump from level one. And I need to beat this level to complete a quest. I need coins for cards and I keep losing 5 because I keep losing by a hair. 4/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The nice thing about this game, is that a card that is slightly OP doesn't really cause a higher win rate- because it causes others to pack counters to it more often.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@The_Noff: Phase shield may be overpowered, but it isn't broken. There are also several cards that are better overall. See shard of focus, freedom, and sacrifice. Also, see decks that trash shield chains pretty much every time, like poison dials or fire stalls.

Okay this is how I rate this game...... Great quality fun gameplay i love the pvp and the many choices of elemnts other than just water ire earth and air. :)

I think the Dm1321 Shield joke has been done already. I wonder what it would be when upgraded though... Phase shield doesn't really fit with his name...

It's just for me or it's actually difficult to find a pvp (upgraded) opponent?

@zmaster804, immortal creatures have two big weaknesses: 1) low atk, 2) high cost. Just think about it, 13 quantum for a 8 atk creature when other dragons have 10 atk and cost 10 quantum, and 6 quantum for a 4 atk creatures when creatures like this cost around 3 quantum? Nuff' said.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Excellent game. 5/5. My only complaint? Immortal. The creature can't be targeted as the text reads, yet it is still immune to sweeps like Pandemonium? It seems extremely unfair and adds an unnecessary edge to the game that makes it almost unenjoyable. I'm just glad every AI deck doesn't run it.

Well like Zanz said himself regarding this matter: "Any intention of making Elements into an iPhone app?
zanz: It would take me years to do that, and I have the feeling that by the time I am done with it, iPhones will have the technology to use the browser version without a dedicated app.
Did I tell you that I played an Elements game on my droid the other day? The graphic was not that good, it was slow and it was hard to click on the cards... but making a mobile friendly flash version would still be much easier than re-coding everything. " This is from 2011
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@loveallie1: It does not have an app, but if you install flash, you should be able to use it on a browser regardless.
