I liked a lot of the things you did specific upgrades and, powers, regaining life over time. However, the game felt taxing. In other words it felt like work not a game.

2/5 for:
#1: Regular enemies are like eating pie compared to Frantic 2.
#2: Boss makes Frantic 2 bosses look like cake. (wtf, easy reg and super bosses?)
#3: The graphics are just wrong, as SandwichKed said.

I was reading all these comments about it looking exactly like Pixelvader and Frantic, so I went to check out those games. What the hell? They're nothing alike. The only thing they have in common is an upgrade system. Pixelvader and frantic aren't even bullet hell games. This isn't even terribly hard as bullet hell shooters go.
That said, some of the bosses attacks need to be slowed down, they just are way too fast. I'm looking at you, Mr. Box-me-in-with-lasers. The final boss also has one attack that I can't dodge for the life of me. Dumb missiles are too obviously the best choice, combined with hyper beam. Other than that, it's pretty entertaining. 4/5.

Definitely not that hard. Not really a "bullet hell" imo, but it was a decent game. Definitely could use some things that make it better, but really, what game doesn't. Upgrading was meh, but the upgrades themselves weren't that bad.

I beat this game on my first run through, giving the fact that the last boss just about killed me at the end, there's a few things you can do to make this easier, you can work in a small pattern and slightly move to avoid bullets coming from everywhere and invest in the bullet destroyer thing.

I can't make up my mind on the difficulty - I think the problem is the combination of speed and multiple complicated patterns on the bosses, but giving the player ten lives... it's hard to imagine not beating them in the end. Mouse control could be tightened up a little - sometimes it's too granular-feeling. My biggest complaint is that the graphics are sort of in the uncanny valley of video game detail - it's not simple and iconic, like Frantic, but they aren't really polished and detailed either. It's somewhere in the middle, and the effect feels grungy and tacky. Still, good coding, and mostly fun to play.

fairly good game, but i really hate the music-and the voice that keeps repeating "incoming" CANNOT BE MUTED! needs more sound options.
i liked the "lightning" weapon...

A cool game that brings some new things on a classic genere that is already have excellent games here, so we talk about a full and thigt competition. It deserves a 4/5.

beating it feels kind of empty, also, the reason it seems so hard isnt that its too frantic, some patterns are to fast for the ship to follow, but not ur reflexs. allowing some speed upgrades would end the biggest complaint ppl seem to have. ppl dont mind something they cant do, they mind something your not allowing them to do
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
my only complaint is that the ship is to slow... there needs to be a speed upgrade or something -_- but besides that its a great game and pretty easy ^_^

And what's with these games not compensating for edge of screen? That box is about 6 inches wide - it's easy to accidently slide your mouse off the screen. Take a page from other games - have the game pause when the mouse leaves the game screen, and restart when it returns.

Terrible. You spend 30 seconds fighting tiny minions, and then spend 10 minutes fighting a boss. Relies way too much on homing missiles from the enemy for difficulty - which are annoying rather than difficult. Power ups should be based on skill rather than whether you completed the level. EG: 3 Points for Grade A, 2 Points for Grade B, 1 Point for C and under. Games should reward success rather than needlessly delaying progress - even if your kicking ass.

Exact duplicate of Frantic and Pixelvaders. Minus 2 stars for lack of creativity. Otherwise this is a good game, but then gain, I guess you knew it would be, since you copied a proven formula, eh?

Wow EPIC game. This is a true shooter, just awesome.
And bosses... TULY EPIC!!! Especially boss 4 and 5.. and 1,2,3,etc! They just get EPICCER as you lvl :P

Much better bullet hell shooters exist. As has been said, boss difficulty is far too high. Also, the ship is too slow for such a great amount of bullets. 2/5

guys this game is *NOT* too hard, focus more on dodging then hitting, I never lost a level, and always got the upgrade, the last boss was the only thing that was remotely difficult, as in i died a few time compared to the 1 time on the 8th boss

finished it , one thing that would be nice is to recieve an upgrade pint for c b and a rank of each level. Give more reason to continure playing after the final level.

so y such the wide spray when the bosses r tiny? i dislike the sliding ship instead of the ship staying on ur mouse 3/5

@Ramalius your like the 10th person to say that
I don't see this "unavoidable attack pattern" and no the 9 boss is really fun. I got it done to half life but then ran out of lives :(

The most ridiculous boss fights you've ever seen? More bullets on the screen that you can possibly keep track of? Lasers, chain lightning, missiles, huge spreads of bullets all coming out of your ship at once? Yeah it's got all that. This is the best "bullet hell" shoot-em-up I've played.

guys one easy strategy that works well in early levels, put all points in blue m issiles and then just dodge, if you feel like it put 1 or 2 in missile spam upgrade thing

5 min. after 1st commet: music still awsome but u guys are lvvl 1 boss patterns are avoidable but last boss OMGWT... well u know what i mean but is SO IMPOSSIBLE!!!! X-X
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This game, first off, is so freaking hard. It is insanely difficult and manages to make me want to punch a wall repeatedly while also giving me real excitement and fun. I love this game but my only real gripe is that bosses are heavily pattern based and after your say 20th life on a single boss the game is literally just remembering what attack comes next. It just slightly detracts from the amazing experience. Well done! 4/5

has anyone else noticed that it looks like that other game...i forget its name but it has the same ships, but this game has neon around them.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
there are too many of these types of games that all seem to be the same but with diff upgrades and a diff name! u just move your mouse/arrow keys around and wait for you wepons to kill all teh enemy. they are all almost teh same
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the patterns ARE avoidable they are just hard to dodge and u need practice and experiance and u can dodge them no promblem like i did. and GOD is is the music awsome!!!! and so i give it a 7.5/10 :)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Hmmm where have I seen this before....like 12 times....Touhou. >_< But at least in Touhou they have patterns you can AVOID. You can't avoid being hit in this game on some bosses. PERIOD. Adjust the difficulty and perhaps I'll give it more than a 1/5.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Great game. I liked the difficulty. If it was easy, what would be the point in playing it? Upgrades were just powerful enough to keep the game balanced.
