make that armies of green giants for me...to beat the game all you need is to conquer all BUT ONE normal prefecture. have most of your extra places magnetical fields...just hoard them to 3 central locations with 25 giants each: 1. nagasaki: the northwesternmost part of the map has river....2. hokkaido: huge northernmost prefecture: nuff said.....3. ishikawa: about the middle of the map: connected to the ocean: has marsh.....get an army of giants on each of these prefectures and you will beat the unidetifed organism in two days.

I love this game. First online game I've ever played. I think it would be easy enough to make a multiplayer version, could you try that for me, Mr. ZigZa? I'm sure it would get great ratings.

if a enemy unit combine knight and defender make your unit hold and move back and forth
cause the defender is slow and the knght is fast and the knight have no protection then wipe the
other first not the defender he do nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

Here's a few tips for people who can't quite get it: Get all the soldier upgrades first! Once you do, only spawn Samurai and Knights. Once you start getting around $500 a day, only get samurai. For every new territory you get, spawn a hospital. An exception is if you plan on invading from that territory in the near future, and it's not surrounded by heavily armed enemies. Always take your most plentiful melee troop to the enemy's ranged troops. This not only let's you do a bombing run on them (running past and doing quick damage without taking much) but it lets you remove the factor of ranged troops, allowing you to think numbers more easily. Enemy samurais are fail, but can still be a danger. In the case of a Green Giant, run past the giant and kill the rest of the troops, then swarm the giant (using the "Will" command) Press + to help others!

Wow! The end took me by suprise! I had all my strong units in one place, now I'm scrambling to get Greent Giants, Samurai, and Snipers to defensive positions! Ah!

Love this, my favorite style of game. If anyone has any suggestions for other games like this I would love to hear them

Mysterious islands are easy, just use attrition. Also, make sure you speed buff to get your giants to the front line fast!

This game is great! Until you take over every prefecture...
I liked how there was an extra challenge after you defeat all of Japan, but it ended up being very pointless. Using regular units, I RARELY was able to defeat the new enemies, but with a full team of green giants, everything was a breeze. Aside from the extra islands, I think this game deserves a 5/5. It's a little too easy once you get the hang of it, but it kept me entertained enough the first time through. :)

this game is one of my favorites and its been around for ike 4 years now if you think it can improve think about when it was made and with what technology. I definitively agree with making a second version or even a third one after, you know what with enough effort this could be a funded game.

That last army feels like a troll move. They just have those emoticon faces and repeatedly attack. Plus the raining ones and the range ones. Tough final boss.

I beated this game in turn 23 with amori (the country with the skeleton trait)!
And beated this game in turn 33 with not a single unit deaths
And conquered all japan in turn 26 with not a single research!
I'm not sure but is there any faster records?

For the first few plays this seemed dreadful. The computer players seemed to always win every battle, no matter how much bigger your armies were. It was a while before I worked out that in a battle, you have to actually tell your army to attack (never mind the help page that says attack is automatic and hold is manual, the opposite is true), otherwise your armies will stand there like a dead fish waiting to be slaughtered. You have to press 'hold' when the battle starts, which is what makes your armies NOT hold, but attack!
