Description

An experiment in cyclic game design. Puzzle platformer set in a cylindrical world.

It’s very short, but hope you like it anyway :)

We made this game for the Experimental Gameplay Project back in April 2010. Recently got some traffic from stumbleupon, so I thought I’d redirect it here so people could comment :)

Updates

Fixed the width to fit kongregate.

Instructions

Click To Begin!

Arrows to move. You can jump after you fall of a ledge.

Under rating threshold (show) Beautiful concept and wortzh elaborating it further. Personally, those small levels in which you rotate at a high speed were a lot of fun, while larger ones do not have this kind of 'atmosphere', because the size makes you feel that it is 'just another plattformer'. Add additional elements like different dimensions through which you can move, more colours and more complex problems. The game flows really nice and also the music is good ... more please ...

Under rating threshold (show) The circular level design isn't really capitalized on. This could be really interesting if the roundness of the levels mattered in some way. As it is, these could be flat levels with wrap around edges.
