So, thanks to all your awesome feedback (good and bad) we started working on znUndercurrent 2, tonight. We need a week or two to get things out. We do have most of your requested features on the to-do-list plus quite a lot more :)

I love the music and colors. The upgrade cap sucks, though. That makes going down to 300 and further almost impossible. Also, it would be nice if going down further at lower levels gave you more experience than it does.

Not to complain but it needs a bit of refining. It would be great if you can have more options for upgrades, and if there could be different different types of enemies. But overall 4/5

Games pretty Good, only thing that makes this challenging, is the fact that the deeper ya go,
The other guys Spikes are neally twice the size of yours, Making it neally impossible to kill em without getting hit >:(

This game really reminds me of flOw, but with a bit less options and open endedness. That being said, its a fairly entertaining game with good music. I look forward to seeing your updates.

It flows nicely and is enjoyable.
Although it isn't challenging and like others say, you can just leave it to rack up points.
A possible option would be to limit the amount of spikes to 3/4 and slow down the rotation.
Also, maybe enemies could fire projectiles later on, so you have to actively hunt them.

Enjoyable game.. but its fairly easy once you get past level 15 or so. Raise the difficulty so you can't just sit in the middle of the screen and kill everything and you've got something great

Staying in office and playing for 4 hours now! Best thing: I don't have to pause it, when i get a call. Just go a bit up, work, and go on later. For the next version: What about "Diablo 2"-like "to the top"-beams. And perhaps back again when rested (with a shop, to get the achievments *lol*)?

So I'm chilling at level 140 with 22 spikes, and not getting hurt at all... I guess I can top the leaderboards if I keep the game alt-tabbed for a week.

Mr_Ozzy: It upgrades max-hp and heals for as much as it's increased. A pause screen with better display of the current upgrades should help informa and fix many of these problems. Looks like most people wants us to make a new major version instead of fixing this one.

What does the health upgrade do? Does it 'heal you' or give you a higher max hp? Or make you larger? What?? I can't tell cos of the weird hp display.

Option 2: We think a bit longer about it and make a znUndercurrent 2 that has more enemy-types, more upgrade options and generally more polish.

Is there an end at all? I can't really get further than about depth 380. Their lengths just become too large.. Too much for me to take at least!

Pretty simple concept, but has a lot of potential. Get rid of the level cap, and/or add some more stats, like damage, speed, or whatever. Maybe add some different enemies or something.

I think, it's a very interesting concept kinda like spore but..... it really needs some upgrade hotkeys. 1 for spikes, 2 for length, 3 for health or some other hotkeys as long as they were available. Please~

Wish there was a push back ability that you could upgrade I find the enemies that stay on top of me to be very annoying. Anyway I enjoyed the concept of the game would like to see hot keys for the upgrades. Would like to see what else you could add to the game (or maybe in a sequel).

Very cool. Vaguely reminiscent of that old game Sinistar, for some reason, LOL I'd like to see what you do to polish it up, not that it's crude in any way now. Part of it's appeal is the simplicity. Well done.
