Under rating threshold (show) @LollypopSoldier The smart bomb sometimes changes its range or target if you have 2 enemies and your planning to SHOOT the one with low hp it will sometimes go directly to the opponent with higher hp.That's why it's called a smart bomb. If you wanna go directly to the lower hp opponent go use Smart Bomb MIRV it's very useful.
