If you're having trouble beating it in 240 seconds, just do what I did. Play through it a few times not worrying about times. Figure out all the achievements and try to memorize all the ones the involve your keyboard (i.e contra, colours, programmers credit) and slight movements (i.e move left, move right, jump for 10 seconds). Then make sure you remember to click quality and sound, and hover over the hints. Remember to scroll through the achievements list. If you can manage to do all of these really quickly then you can use the rest of your time to do the slightly harder achievements (i.e falling from top to bottom, dying 100 times, and 101 times). + this comments if you found it helpful, and you think other people may find it helpful.

type "up up down down left right left right b a" for contra code, "1 2 3 4" for the colors, and "jmtb02" for the programmer's credit. no caps or shift necessary.

This one was pretty tough. My goal was to spam my arrow keys at the start making sure to hit every direction twice and holding left+right and up+down. Then I typed A then B. After that jmtb20. Now I do the menu stuff. From this point on I work hard on the numbers in this order (while staying alive as long as I can till longevity) 0 1 2 3 4 5 then 5 4 3 2 1 then 3 1 4 2 5 3 0. While doing the numbers make sure to fill in the purple blocks and use all the lifts. After all of that I usually get my high jump and 2 stalags then the pit achieves. From here on out it is a race to kill yourself as fast as you possibly can (I found holding up and the direction of the spike thing above me to work the fastest) while trying to get the 1 o clock murder and death at 0 spots.
A really helpful thing to know is you do not have to stay alive when you do the numbers. I thought I had to stay alive while doing the numbers and I wasted a lot of time. GOOD LUCK!
