PRO: It's working. CON: Everything is done after 1min. No reason to play further. -> Have a look at Kittens Game (http://www.kongregate.com/games/bloodrizer/kittens-game), that's how a longterm idle game should work.

Well, you made a nice game. But sadly, it has no potential. I mean, you can just click a few times, buy a few tools and hire a lot of workers. And that's all.
If you gonna make it more interesting, you should re-balance prices, so nobody could buy the best equipment in less than a minute, etc.
Additionally, it would be great to see some upgrades (which will become useful as prices are grown up).
And a 'prestige' system, which allows player to reset most of game progres, but start over with significant bonuses, related to their eficiency in last playtrhough.
Once again: fast rising prices, upgrades and prestige - three basics of an idle game.
