This game looks more like an inspiration from Multitask, not a copy. Really the only thing "copied" from the game is the second challenge (maybe the fourth, but I've never seen the fourth in either games). Also, this game has extra lives, so it's not nearly as brutal. I give this game a 4/5, because rating it low because of how similar it is is poor judgement, in my opinion.
