Thought it was a fun game. I have a couple of constructive criticisms comments however: first of all the number of enemies as you progress through levels jumps up way to fast I thought, I also didn't like how enemies have an unlimited shooting/targeting range, and upgrade costs rise a little steep compare to the actual benefit gained (like engine speed for example).
I's also like to see "w, a, s, d" movement support and perhaps boss levels.

Great little game so far. But a couple ideas. Ability to remove weapons after you buy them so that a person can try out different groupings of weapons without having to restart. If this ability is in game, it is not obvious enough. And as another poster said, make enemies spawn at least 1/3 of the screen away.

about 80% of the bugs dont happen if u arent stupid enough to let them happen. Steep curving in the shop menu and the level/enemy curve can be too fast for some. 3/5, but a tutorial would help... i guess

Get rid of the upgrade popup bug. Also, when you have as little hp as you do in this game. You really dont need the enemy to spawn on top of you dealing, what, 30 damage? That is unrecoverable in the later bullethell. Make the enemy spawn at least 1/3 screen away from your ship.
