Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. Dr. Vile, the most despised mad scientist in the world, has one mission in life: become #1. He'll do whatever it takes to win the respect and adoration of every person on Earth - even if he has to KILL EVERY PERSON ON EARTH.
Take Dr. Vile and his AI companion, Lexe, on a quest to build the most powerful Death Ray mankind has ever seen. Will Dr. Vile use it for good or will the villain always be the villain?
Cara Bermain
- Use the arrow keys to move Dr. Vile.
- Press X to swing your bat (perfect weapon for an evil genius, eh?). Your bat can bash objects - such as trees, cars, TVs, and more - that will break into the parts you need to complete the Death Ray. Use your bat to break the skulls of any pesky townspeople, too!
- Press C to use your Stun Gun. This will temporarily stun townspeople (probably why it's called a Stun Gun). It does have a cooldown period, though!
- Press SPACE BAR to open/close the Inventory menu and see what parts you need to complete the Death Ray. This also pauses the game.
- Try not to die or you'll have to start over! Collect Apples and Leftover Steak to regain health.

It'd make an interesting GTA/Zelda hybrid... Run around terrorizing the populace and destroying everything, collecting materials to bring back to your base to build and upgrade various tools and weapons... With periodic assaults on the homes of the popular scientists serving as dungeons, and the scientists themselves (or their creations?) as the bosses. Don't forget to loot blueprints for new gadgets while you're in there!

Nice short fun game. Nothing to complain about controls or gameplay. Just missing lot more content, levels, other goals (I know it was made within 25h). Like to see what comes next...

Great game, 5/5. Only complaint is it should be longer, so I'd be psyched to see an extension of this. For those complaining about the three hit restart, you're dumb. Trying to avoid the people helps, since there's no benefit to killing them. And the fighting isn't based on luck, it actually requires a little timing rather than just mashing the attack button.
