Small Flaw: There is no "above" as described in The Tower when it's reversed. It might be a good idea to do more than just quoting descriptions from a book.

this is an interesting idea for a fortune telling game but can you make t so that you can spin it again without going to the ain menu and also have the names of the cards more legible or at least put it in with the description of what the card means.

Oh, and spelling 'Tarot' properly in the title would be a great place to start =o)
