Room 16 does not work for me, despite all 3 yellow birds are full

I went back and fixed a bug that I think may have been causing it, and also made it more clear when the health bar is full. Let me know if it's still broken (you can use [ ] to skip levels for testing). If you still have the bug let me know the steps to reproduce it because I haven't gotten it myself. Thanks!

I like the game, makes me struggle to keep other birdies as happy as I can, but sometimes it seems just impossible and I have to hurt someone to move on. Feels bad. Also, yeah, level 16 is impossible to finish.
