this is just a low-quality clone of that snowball fight game I used to play in middle school. That was fun, this isn't.

its in the right direction it could be better like ad AI to your allies like a set of commands like Hold Attack or Cover ok good luck on developing more games ;)

The first thing to do is to get your front-line Indians under cover.
Use the Indian with the bow- it arcs, so when fired at full power, it menaces a lot of enemies without exposing you to direct counterattack.
