Ini adalah game pertama dalam seri Newberry, sebuah petualangan point and click yang menempatkanmu sebagai seorang pria di penjara misterius. Untuk membaca buku harian, klik kanan DAN PILIH ZOOM IN. sederhana. (terlalu buram jika tidak di-zoom). Musik oleh Blazingdragon dari newgrounds. Catatan, game ini lebih ke penemuan. Jadi, bukan tentang memecahkan teka-teki, tapi melangkah lebih jauh dalam cerita yang menarik. Sairin dikreditkan untuk penulisan buku harian =D. Chapter berikutnya berjudul Newberry: Jennah and Charlotte, dan akan dirilis pada atau sebelum 1 Desember, tergantung kapan selesai dan situasinya.

If anyone happens to play this game, i think its been out maybe a year now, stop, and DONT. play chapter two or dont play them at all. ive grown alot as a dev and im almost ashamed at the newberry series, at the time is was fun to make and it taught me alot, but i have moved on.

right now, chapter one is really not a priority for me, please, before you even POST a comment, GO PLAY CHAPTER 2!, the only reason you should play this is to get (awesome) backstory about dan.

I know, dead ahead stare is kind of hard, i made the pixel to click on waaay to small. will be fixed within a day. (make a horozontal line from dans crosshair-of-a-face to the adjacent wall, there will be an invisible clickable switch there.)
