Ignore these silly kids, the couldn't even make a 5 frames animation, but you know, they love to talk.
It's a very good start, there's few to add to what OMGICU812 already suggested you. Keep trying and good luck. (:

Its an 'OK' first game job..work on:
-penalties: I shot (what seemed to be) my fellow soldiers 50 times!!
-upgrades: especially if you're going to make harder levels in the future!!
-back-story: the back-story could use some work, instead of going straight to business give some details, give some history about you as a sniper, make it more interesting.
-graphics: I get that this is your first game but in the future better graphics would be appreciated.
