I don't know if there's a real life tribe named after the black mamba, but even if there is, I don't see anything racist about this game. The members of the tribe are the good guys, and the white slavers are the bad guys. Also, the game doesn't seem to imply any negative stereotypes about such tribes (well except for "they go around naked", which is more or less true). The only thing that can be seen as less-than-respectful is the goofy gameplay with the giant spring and the colored hair, but hey, it's a physics game...
