It is possible to keep your license, and you get a golden heart (and nurses). My final stats: 3/3 survivors, 0/3 zombies, 0/18 stolen goods (organs don't count as stolen goods, and tanks probably don't either, maybe just consumables).

Preety nice i'd say. BTW is there any way NOT to lose licence? I thought that there will be some alternative ending if i manage to saye the patients without using anything from the tape(only organs and 3 packs i already had) but there wasn't
