Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. So I was thinking hard about our generation of games and started wondering: what would be different about retro games, if they were released today?
Chaos Invaders is exactly that; Space Invaders for the 21st century. I've taken the core mechanics of Space Invaders and twisted them into a chaotic experience filled with visual effects, different enemy types, Boss fights and more.

Mouse to move your ship and catch falling invaders.
Hold the mouse button to shoot the Invaders you have caught.

Interesting game! Nice to see an old classic, Space Invaders, with a new twist. And the music is pretty cool aswell!

Only thing I wish is that the size of the screen was bigger. I kept moving my mouse too far because I was getting so into the game!

Also would recommend a pause button, as well as remember your best grade on a level (for replay value)
