This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Actually, don't upgrade lethality at first, because every infected person will die and you can't infect more.

1.Upgrade Infectivity to 4. 2. Spread virus. 3. Infect the airplanes. 4. Repeat 2-3 until all countries are infected. 5. Upgrade Lethality until all countries are dead. Note: If cure is at 3-4, attack it IF all countries are infected.
