the third math problem is either the square root of 81, or 18 divided by 2 (same number either way)

No, falkenmond, the square root symbol is quite different - there's a little "v" just in front of it.
That's one of the symbols used for longhand division (and a related sum type double division).

Math room puzzle is incorrect, the division problem is 18 divided by 2, not 81 divided by 2.
