At the begining its quiet easy.. then it gets really hard in the middle ... near the end its easy again and then you are dead.... BECAUSE
1. Minefield damage is just LOL (lvl 3 less than a lvl 1 turret imho)
2. Energy recharge is TO LESS .. i would have needed at least lvl 6 or more...
3. no really good repair rate of canons
Canons are okay :) really liked them... expect the repair :D

Potential but needs work. Scoring for more difficult enemies is not propotionate to upgrading need to defeat them.

I didn't find it all that easy, myself, but I did notice the presence of the mindfield on the final wave where dozens of alien ships crushed all three of my defense platforms. Thoughts: There needs to be a way to repair platforms. The incrementing cost of building platforms was very annoying and prohibitive, but I see why it exists since a single platform can bring a wave to a halt. If you ever implemented an endless mode, however, I would do away with it. The cost of the missile system also seemed unnecessarily high.

I suggest this to optimize the game, and make it "easier"
1. Make a 4th Slot ON the planet for a repair station for the Turrets (faster repairs) for about 1000 Credits.
2. Give us the option to upgrade energy cd at least 6 times and reduce the costs slightly
3. Give the Energy CD upgrade more Energy Storage. +20+30 isnt worth anything. It should be +50 +150 or something like that.
4. Add more "neutral enemies" not only shooting ones at the end.
