Why can I only customize my airplane right before I enter a match?
Please add an hangar or something in the main menu.

The idea was to remove clutter from the front menu .. since customizing is still rather simple at this point (usually less than 5 seconds task) I had it en route to the match and your settings remembered so you only need to make adjustments rarely. I will surely include a hangar/garage in games of any greater customization depth. ;)

Desperately needs some form of matchmaking system based on player level.
It's the 5th game in which I find some dude with either a super tanky, super damaging plane that completely wrecks me puny little starter plane, or someone with a lightning fast fighter that can cap two fflags in the time it takes me to get to his base. At the very least, make it so that, even if the enemy team takes a flag, you don't drop theirs if you were carrying it, as that can make winning a game nearly impossible.
hi kloick, we did try out matchmaking for a while in Motor Wars 2 .. the downside is that higher level players had fewer and fewer rooms that they can enter. (Matchmaking works better when there are at least a few thousand players online.) So I've instead reduced the influence of upgrades by 75% .. so that the difference between a maxed player and a new player is more subtle. If you do see players moving at "lightning" speed, most likely that player is using a speed hack. Just send me a private message of that players name and current level, if I can catch the cheat, I will ban him/her and reset their XP.
