This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. I was doing fine until the first part you have to jump over a pit of spikes while sliding down a ramp. Yes, the surface on the other side is slanted, but it's not one of those "slippery" surfaces. So why am I sliding backwards into the pit when I land?

You know what separates a good platformer from a great platformer? Spot-on controls. Now I'm not saying they are terrible in this game, just that it needs some work. This is a good platformer.

Short and sweet, and I really enjoyed it! First game? fantastic!
I thought that a few of the surfaces which were angles were a bit too difficult to land on without immediately falling, and jumping with little control was the only way i could survive, which was to say, i couldn't. Still, chicken mode gameplay stayed fun and shamed me just enough to feel successful without feeling as accomplished as i would have felt without it. 5/5 =)
