Erm, if you try to equip a weapon that you don't have enough shards in, the weapon changes into the current equiped weapon, fix please.

A minimap would be nice. It could have red dots for monsters and yellow dots for treasure and a green dot for the exit to next level.

Start all 4 with Lightning, and use Air Shards only for Lightning upgrades on all. Prioritize Dark Magic % gear. Use Lightning with everyone, and no battle will ever last longer than 2 rounds, with the majority lasting only one round.

Yo, good concept, but the graphics are hard to bear. I can barely read the text. Also, the combat system is a little unclear.
