Deep Space Boss

Increasing the variety and maximum scale of upgrades, switching up the variety of enemies at different level ranges, and perhaps adding new side weapons like homing missiles or shielding drones could improve the longevity of this game.

I feel like the upgrades that sacrifice one stat for the other are too weak (ex: shield+30, damage-15| damage+15, shield-30) when compared to the others that upgrade one stat for far more and without sacrificing the other (damage+30|shield+60). If I'm giving up a stat, I feel like I should at least gain a lot more than if I were to not give up anything.

Got from wave 1 to 83 and still didn't get a single attack speed upgrade. Turned off "skip easy waves" and got all upgrades by wave 32. The slower more boring choice is so much better for progressing. Can you let us skip easy waves but still get the upgrades instead of waiting for 20 seconds each one on a blank screen?

Great game but could be improved. It needs an indicator of near and far enemies. Maybe a omni-directional green lazer that only hits near enemies and a tracking missle that targets far enemies? Also it needs better rewards for beating the boss. Perhaps smaller ships that increase in number and power with boss kills? Also when orbs stop giving upgrades the late game feels boring. So I understand wanting to skip easier waves after being upgraded. However, this means that you've also lost the opportunity to collect upgrades during those early levels. This is a bit frustrating when you make your way to a level with a bunch of upgrades and then get thrown right back up to that level with like 2.
