Spoilers ahead.
I like text based horrors, I also love waking up with no memory in a strange and hostile place. The image however doesn't work, not even in cinematic mode, only half of it shows. Had to click the link to see all of it (which shouldn't even be there.)
Personally though, I hate it when a text based game kills you without warning, should give the player a chance to analyze the situation before choosing a course of action.
For example, reading the note with the skull could have a been a perfectly safe thing to do, as was entering the kitchen.
You could have added for example something to imply that the area around the skull was weak or disturbed.
Don't be afraid to describe the locations a little more, helps the imagination really.

you should probably add illustrative background (even if you drew it yourself in paint and it turns out bad, that's fine), and use a gothic font. also, add a title screen. credits goes in the end.
I'll see what I can do, Although I don't have Microsoft paint or paint.net since I am working on a mac, though I appreciate the feedback and will try my best for future games.
