Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. We've installed Tic-Tac-Toe boards into your Tic-Tac-Toe board so that you could play Tic-Tac-Toe while you're playing Tic-Tac-Toe!
The game has really got new strategy dimension with all these boards. You can play against the computer or with a friend at the same computer.
Multiplayer version is enabled! It's version is beta 0.7, please, report any bugs and suggestions.

The cell where you placed your sign determines a board where your opponent must place his/her sign. You have to form a line of 3 won boards to win the game.

Perhaps a timer? At the moment people can just sit forever until the other person quits and gives them a victory.
