Use the mouse to click and remove adjacent tiles of the same number value or colour.
Special Tiles:
X – Variable tile that counts for any number or colour.
- - Shuffle the numbers of all tiles on the grid.
? – Shuffle the colours of all tiles on the grid.

I recommend a pause button, too, and colours should be clearer to distinguish. Otherwise: Cool!
