FloppyRope, you have to mouse up near the top of the screen to see your inventory.

so i have picked up the lock picks and it wont let me open the chest. stuck at that point...

Also for the developer, I am using FF and when I click either of the 2 walkthrough's "click here" it throws an error and you have to reload the page.
Thanks for the feedback, all walkthrough links are fixed now. However, while they do open properly now they're blocked by the browser and must be allowed to open by the user.

You left the house without the right clothing. You are now dead. As a human, I don't die if I leave the house without a hat. Either make it clear that I'll die, or don't let me. OR, have a soft reset where you start from where you were.
No one likes to start from scratch.
