I liked the game, enjoyed it very much - just wish there was a 'play on' option that allows you to continue (from where you are) after the original 4 years.... What can I say, I want to own all the houses....

ist of bugs, tips etc: Bugs:Unsuccesfully selling your house gains you about 20k in cash. Game break at loan-payback screen (Flavius002) Game rarely randomly freezes, Tips: If anyone offers you Anything like, Rent reduction, 350k EXACTLY for a certain house, that kinda stuff, DECLINE IT. or bad things ought to happen. Person offers 350k for your house and accept = freeze on your house for 30 days and cannot sell for that period, others are just money takers, like the odd 3k, 10k etc. Buy cheapies, Renovate, sell em for 60k profit, 1250 (something like that) Simcoe road is a good one, buy for around 235-250, sell for around 390k. 18 Lincoln road (the one u start with) is also a good one late game, it's original worth is about 245-260k, but lategame should be around 550k+.

Fun game. Bug with tennants name coming null. If you choose a null tenant they dont pay rent
