SPOILERS
all endings and gameovers I have found :D
Game over 1: Have the piano break by getting hit too many times
Game over 2: Go off the map, but slow down near the cliff so you fall into the water.
Game over 3: Go partially off the map, but not out of the room so the janitor doesn't appear, get enough momentum and shoot backwards, you'll break through the back of the stage and lose
Ending 1: Fly off to space, by going to far right.
Ending 2: Go a bit aways right, and then come back, the janitor will appreciate your music.
