upper right? Well it finally worked for me when the gap was upper left. Go figure.

Assuming I have the tiles in the correct position (left to right, top to bottom) nothing happened. Am I supposed to remember the original configuration to know where the gap is?
the gap has to be in the upper right corner ;)
